Welcome to our happy place Endless Summer! Our newly renovated condo is perfect for your vacation.
This exquisite Beach Front condo is the perfect vacation getaway! Located on the ninth floor with breathtaking views of the beautiful turquoise blue green gulf and crystal white sand. Sitting on the balcony enjoying your morning coffee, you can watch and hear the waves of the ocean. Such a beautiful view and sound.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy a quick snack or create a magnificent meal. We have two different coffee pots, regular drip and a keurig. The granite counter, has a large breakfast bar with an expansive view of the emerald water makes this kitchen exceptional.
This condo will exceed your expectations. It is decorated with upscale beach motif. The balcony overlooks the New Zero Entry Pool! As well as the phenomenal gulf view, when water is calm you can see the dolphins playing in the ocean from the balcony.
Although this is a one bedroom unit, there are accommodations for six. A king bed in the master suite, two twin custom bunkbeds, plus a new queen sofa bed in the living area, the condo is spacious and comfortable.
A full master bathroom and full guest bathroom. In our guest bathroom we have add a gorgeous frameless shower, that adds to our beautiful upscale look.
We have also added beautiful New vinyl floor throughout entire condo for extra comfort.
The Pelican Beach Resort amenities rivals the best with THREE POOLS, one of which is indoor/outdoor. We have the first Zero Entry Pool in Destin! We also have TWO HOT-TUBS a twenty man and an eight man hot tub, tennis courts, basketball, pickle ball, EV CHARGERS, and a newly renovated fitness center, sauna room.
We also have tiki bar by the pool and beach, also an onsite cafe and sundry shop. There is large sundeck around the Zero entry pool for catching some rays.
Our resort is conveniently located in the heart of Destin with the best restaurants and shopping. Children’s activities, water-sports activities and a vibrant nightlife.
NO animals allowed in this unit, this is not a pet friendly resort. If you have a service animal and plan to book our unit, please be aware that there will be an extra $300.00 cleaning fee. We have to make sure everyone has a safe stay in our condos.

Very disappointing, my husband and our two children (3yr & 9 months old) stayed here for Labor Day weekend. The apartment itself is in a great location in regards to proximity to the beach but the unit was not clean. My 9 month old was crawling and picked up a sizable amount of marijuana that was left on the floor from I'm assuming was a previous tenant. Thankfully I saw her pick something up and start planning with it before she could ingest it, that would of been a whole separate issue. I contacted the unit manager and she didn't seem to understand the severity of the situation.The floor was so dirty it left the bottom of everyone's feet black. I ended up having to Uber to Walmart to get cleaning supplies and spent a good two hours out of my vacation to clean the unit appropriately. The manager could have at least refunded my cleaning deposit and reimburse me for the cleaning supplies. I would not recommend a family with children stay here.

This condo was great for my son & I. Communication was great and the owner promptly replied if needed. The pool area & tiki bar were also very enjoyable. The owner has put a lot of thought into making her property feel like home. Everything you need should be in the condo! The only reason I only gave it 4 stars is because we were very disappointed that we were not allowed to sit our chairs up by the water. (This is completely out of the owners control.) We are huge water people & when we are at the beach we want to sit & enjoy the view. I would NEVER sit in front of paid rentals, however the first day when I went down to sit up my beach chairs the La Dolce Vita worker pretty rudely informed my that if we didn’t pay for chairs we had to sit behind the 3 rows of paid chairs. It kind of ruined it for us to just have a view of the backs of chairs. The second day I waited until about 3 pm when people started clearing out and sat right on the waters edge and while I was out swimming I noticed the worker had come & stood right next to my chair to again tell me to move. I have been bringing my kids to Destin since they were babies & have never had this happen to me. Had I known that I probably would have stayed somewhere else. It’s sad because it’s a great condo. If you don’t care about that there should be no other issues!!

This was the perfect room for our escape to Destin! Owner was very easy to communicate with and the room was clean and well decorated with plenty of amenities including beach chairs and toys! The oceanfront view was amazing and we would definitely come back again!

This might have been the last real family vacation we get. Between our son graduating and going off to college and our daughters’ travel sports schedules. Destin was a great choice. Lots of activities for all ages. Our commons areas of the resort showed some age and wear. But our living area was beautiful. Great balcony view of the beach and gulf. The pools were crowded but manageable and everyone was pleasant. Julie, our host, was fantastic. We never met her but communications via text and email were 2nd to none. I would book a future stay in one of her homes. Thank you for the great memories Destin!

We stayed here for a week in July. The pictures for the unit are beautiful, but when you walk in the unit, you are just amazed, it is beyond beautiful! Beautiful views, the condo was perfect. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Julie is the perfect host we could not be any happier with our stay. The sand was white and soft. The beach was warm and clear. The pools were crystal clear, and the Tiki Bar was great. I could get my grandkids non-alcoholic pina coladas! We made wonderful memories and had the most amazing time. We will be back!

My family of 5 had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The location of this property is amazing and the condo has everything you could possibly need. The host Julie was so amazing to communicate with. I could not recommend this place even more, I wish we would have extended our stay longer! We will definitely be back!

We stayed here with our 2 boys ages 5 and 8 and it was the most perfect location. The condo was gorgeous and was furnished with everything you could ever need! We ended up extending our stay because we didn’t want to leave. It truly felt like home and Julie was the best host. We will be back!

We had a great trip to Destin in late April. We were a little nervous the weather would be chilly but it was perfect. The room was great with a beautiful view! There were plenty of extra blankets and anything you could need in the kitchen. It was nice that there was an umbrella and 2 chairs to take to the beach so as not to pay the fee on the beach. The zero entry pool was great. My 5 year old son loved it! Also it was in a very convenient central location. We probably could have walked to some places but found it easier to rent a car. We were rught across the street from the wayer park but we didnt get to enjoy it as it only open in off season on weekends. The track down the street was fun. The rides were good for small children. Having the tiki bar was also very convenient and the pizza from there was the best!! Will definitely stay here again. And the owner of the condo was very nice and responded quickly to any questions! Overall wonderful experience!

This was our second trip to Destin staying at Pelican Beach Resort. This condo was great and had beautiful views. It was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Julie is a wonderful host. We will definitely look at this condo again for any future trips to Destin!

This condo is exactly as advertised. It was exceptionally clean, great style, and the location was prime as well. Having direct beach access was a plus (and the view from the balcony was amazing!), and all 3 pools were great. The tiki bar was a great bonus! The guests all around us were also very good to be around. For our first time going to Destin, this made it memorable and we loved every minute of it. We will be back!

We enjoyed our 10-day stay in this condo. The decor is beachy and cheery. We especially liked the balcony which provides a great view of the gulf. We stayed in February, but we were able to enjoy the heated pool and hot tub.

This condo hit every box on our list. We have stayed at this complex before but was our first time at this specific unit. It was absolutely amazing. Was clean, inviting and had everything we needed for our week long vacation. The beach toys and pack n play were such a bonus since we flew and weren’t able to bring any of it. This location is by far my favorite. We will be staying in this unit again in the future. Julie .. thank you for all communication, your unit is stunning.

My wife and I stayed here for our 30th anniversary vacation. The unit was 5 stars and just as described in the listing...clean, cozy, and spectacular view! The owner was great to communicate with leading up to our trip and called to check in with us on our first full day to make sure we had everything we needed. She even sent some sunshine our way after a rainy first day lol. We had no issues during our stay that required further communication. The resort was also as good as advertised with easy access to the beach, multiple pools, and a great on property bar and grill. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Endless Summer! The kids were looking forward to the bunk beds and it was so much fun to see their eyes light up when they saw them in person. The view is amazing and the entire condo is upgraded and decorated very nicely. Julie was an amazing host and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. We had a spotless condo when we checked in and were so relieved to see that it was equipped with tons of towels and hangers - the things that often run low during a family trip for a full week! We hope to visit again in the future.

This was the ideal place to escape to for a relaxing vacation. The facility was amazing, and this particular unit was beautiful and had everything we needed to feel at home. We enjoyed setting up on the first day and making the most of having a home base with an absolutely stunning balcony view. For the first time ever we discussed returning...annually. We felt as we would have set up the home exactly as the host did...first class beach condo. Thank you for sharing your home.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. Gorgeous water view, beautifully appointed interior. Julie was very responsive when we had a television issue and immediately got someone from maintenance over to fix it, so that my husband could see the last day of The Masters Championship. The tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime was greatly appreciated with some of the weather that we had during our stay.
The beach and the pools were well maintained. Very happy with our choice!

The owner went out of her way to make sure everything went as best as could be! Unfortunately, construction season was in full force and with the building work, it was noisy no matter where we stayed. It was NOTHING anyone could help and we are SO APPRECIATIVE for having this place to stay at. The view is INCREDIBLE and everything is so close by. We will definitely be back and will have to stay longer! Thank you!

The property was very clean and definitely above average related to housekeeping. The higher quality towels/washcloths were much appreciated. I would give a double 👍👍to the property manager for the many subtle little things that made our stay more enjoyable and for being up front with us about the work being done on the balcony side of the condo. This immaculate home was a perfect refuge for our getaway. It was just the two of us, but with two bunk beds and a sleeper sofa it could’ve accommodated even more. Beautiful view of the gulf from the lanai, with the sound of the waves as a soothing background. Lots of good dining options, and you can be as active as you like, or sit by the pool or on the beach. I highly recommend this offering.

We stayed here for five nights. The unit is very beautiful and clean. Location is great, overlooking the sea. Julie was very helpful. Loved our stay. Only cons are - some sortage of basic items like dishwasher pods(only 2 given for 5 nights) and basic toileteries. Some furniture needs replacement. Overal loved our stay.

Very nice condo with everything you could possibly need. It is pretty, very well decorated, clean, and makes for a great stay.
The views are totally gorgeous and the beach is absolutely amazing! We had a most relaxing and fun time. I highly recommend this condo. We would rent it again in a heartbeat.
