初めてアパホテルさんを利用しました。食事が美味しかったテレビモニターに大浴場の状況、混んでる、混んでないと表示があった事に驚いた駅近は本当にありがたいです。

宿泊時間帯が同じなので、大浴場がいつまでも混み混みだった。

La ubicación a 5 minutos andando de la estación de metro y tren shin-osaka, Limpieza de habitación y baño.

Nada reseñable , el tamaño de la habitación es pequeño para Europa, pero ya sabíamos que aquí son espacios más reducidos.

Metroya çok yakın olduğu için Tokyo,Kyoto ve havaalanına çok rahat ulaştık

Otel çok temiz düzenli ve her şey ayrıntılı düşünülmüştü. Japonyadaki bütün oteller gibi odası çok küçüktü. Ben tek kaldığım için çok rahat ettim. Metroya çok yakın. Ulaşımı çok rahattı

Otel metroya çok yakındı ama gece 12 den sonra metro çalışmıyor o yüzden gece dışarı çıkmak istiyorsanız dönüş alternatiflerini planlamanız gerekiyor

Overall review

Very beautiful fancy lobby. Incredibly clean and organized. 5 min walk from the nearest train station which makes it very convenient. Informative TV slides once you enter the room

Rooms are a bit small but Japan tends to have small rooms anyways so people just need to adjust. Traditional hot sauna/spa requires guests to fully undress which may catch people who aren't used to it by surprise.

The hotel was comfortable, quiet, and very pleasant.

The hotel was located just outside the shin-Osaka station. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They held my luggage for the day prior to my check in.

It was a pit stop stay and it was okay for that.

The facilities matched what was described, staff were good but we had booked for 4 breakfast and they only acknowledged 2. We discussed further and they added the 2 extra's breakfasts. When we got to the room the interconnecting door was closed, they said it was open and it wasn't. They came back to the room after much convincing and they opened the interconnecting door. I understand the language barrier but it was still frustrating they did not believe that the door was locked.

They could work ensuring the rooms are set up. If you book connecting room, check that the connecting room door is open. The breakfast was nice and a great selection.

Está muy cómoda la habitación, se pueden guardar las maletas abajo de la cama para mayor espacio. Todo estaba muy limpio.

El personal de limpieza se metió a sacar la basura a pesar de que les dije que regresara en otro momento porque me estaba cambiando. Tal ves por la barrera del idioma no me entendió

シングルルームに宿泊。でもベッドはダブルで広々、高い脚のおかげでベッド下にスーツケースを収納できる。デスクライトがとても明るいので受験の宿泊に安心。無料レンタルできる品が多い。ただし数に限りはある。

バスタブが狭いが、広いのがよい人は2階の大浴場へ行けばよい。浴衣とスリッパで行ける。大浴場の混み具合は室内のTVに表示されている。枕が自分には固かったが、羽毛枕を無料でかりられた。

Convenient. Worth the price.

Location is close to the train station but if you are walking from metro or shinkansen, it can be quite a walk (It took me around 10 mins from metro red line to the closest exit to the hotel). There is convenient stores nearby and also small express restuarant which is delicious and good price. The room meets standard of modern Japanese hotels. Staffs speak English which is really helpful.

私には室温が高く、湿度は低くて喉をからからになるので、部屋に加湿器があったらよかった。朝食は時間の関係で量は食べないことから、値段は高いと思います、また今回連泊したが食事内容が一緒だったので、日替わりメニューがあったらよかった。

A million percent I would stay again!

I’ve always read about or seen TV adverts for APA hotels but I’ve never had the chance to stay in one until now. Man, I wish I had stayed in an APA hotel before now because I loved it! The entrance is gorgeous and the check-in was modern and straight-forward. The room was small but it was exactly what I needed. A double bed with a TV on the wall at the end. The bed was super comfy, the best I’ve stayed in for quite some time! The bathroom although small served its purpose, with strong, hot water pressure and a nice shampoo/rinse and body wash selection. The breakfast the next day was amazing and really set me up for my day of work.

The guy who helped me check-in felt a little cold, but maybe he was shy because I am a foreigner.

部屋にお菓子が落ちていたり、お風呂の排水溝に髪の毛が残っていたりしたのは残念でした。そのほかがきれいなだけに余計にそう感じました。

新大阪駅の東口から出たらすぐでとても便利でした！施設もとても綺麗です！

チェックインやチェックアウトのやり方がQRコードだったり、ルームキーを返却するだけと簡略化されてて、ホテルの方とお話する回数が少ないため、ホテル慣れしてない者からすると分からないことを伺いにくいなと感じました。

アパホテル新大阪駅前は、第二の我が家。

大浴場があったのが嬉しかったです！疲れていたので広いお風呂でゆっくりできました。廊下は外気に触れるので、部屋の換気ができてよかったです。一階エレベーターや大浴場のセキュリティシステムも安心できました。入り口が裏表にあるのが便利でした。

駅に近い方の入り口をわかりやすく看板など建てて置いてくれたらいいかなと思いました。

立地

牢獄みたいだった。予約した人数で寝ることのできない部屋に通された。その人数設定ではそうなる、と言われたが、逆にこれで寝れますか？と聞いたら、寝れませんねと鼻で笑われた。グレードアップしたが、連泊だったので部屋を日毎に変えないといけないとのこと。電話で対応してもらい、フロントで精算済みにも関わらず、再度チェックイン時間を待たないと部屋に入れなかったし、経緯を1から話さないとカードキーももらえず、しまいには予約されてないと言われる始末。フロントのスタッフの対応は、他のホテルと比べものにならないほどひどかった。急遽で空いているホテルがなくしかたなく予約したが、ホテルのレベルを下げると、こうなるのだなと思った。あまりにひどくて、予定を早めて連泊するのをやめた。

Perfect New Year holiday!

Everything. Location, affordability, and amenities. The room is typical japanese hotel rooms which is small but the space was maximized. All appliances needed are there. There is a public spa as well but sadly I could not go in there because I have big tattoos. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and definitely value for money. Will book again in the future when we go back to Osaka!

I guess the public spa but because I could not go with my big tattoos. I hope that in the future, there is a private bath for people like I am or atleast for couples.
