Very disappointing especially for the price we paid.

The grounds and pool. Bathrooms were updated and had enough lighting. ReNell was very helpful and responsive. She brought some supplies and left them at the door.😊

Very disappointed with the “natural” beach. That is not indicated anywhere in the property description. Way to expensive given the lack of beach access. Lack of lighting in the condo.Very dark. Condo kitchen supplies and furniture needs updating. Air dryer was dirty, bottom oven drawer was dirty with old pans in it. A broken glass and lipstick on other glasses in cupboard. Some plates were dirty. We rewashed anything we used from the cupboards before we used them. TV remotes do not work and no satellite TV that we could find. We had to install the Roku app on our phones to even use the TVs. Back porch was dirty and wreaked of cigarette smoke.

I would stay here again because I felt safe and the location was convenient

everyone at the resort was very nice

hot tub was not working and indoor pool was cold. weather was above normal and outdoor pool was closed.

The condo had stains on the sofa chairs and bedroom carpet the AC wasn’t working correctly the dishwasher wasn’t working and the major issues was when we arrived the fridge didn’t work at all l contact the owner numerous time nothing but empty promises we had to buy a cooler and keep buying ice to keep food cold. We had our grandkids with us one of them is still on milk totally unacceptable we ended up throwing food away and we had to eat at restaurants three times a day. The owner never sent maintenance as she said didn’t provide us with a replacement nor refund us a partial amount

Pleasant

Door code was easy to use and didn't have to worry about keys! Pools were nice and property grounds were relaxing and nicely laid out.

Keys to indoor pool and sauna/gym were missing from the property. I informed owner and she said I would have to get the front gate person to let us in. We didn't end up bothering with it. The beach was nice at night, during day there is not much of a beach, as the tide is way out. We opted to visit a public beach instead.

A very enjoyable stay, and a great value for the price!

Easy access to beach and pools. Secluded from the rest of HHI. Cool, rustic beach. Everything we needed in the condo.

Bed was too firm (personal preference). TVs were a hassle to turn on and operate; ended up just not using them at all.

The walk to the beach and how friendly everyone was. Close to all stores

Having to pay 20 for parking and the people that were above us were so noisy we barely slept because it seemed like they didn't start moving around till 12 and the noise would go on till 5 in the morning

Very good vacation area for about 3 or 4 days. Mostly senior citizens but so am I.

Very nice apartment, very good location. I would recommend it and Hilton Head was beautiful. Great vacation.

Nothing wrong. The apartment is sea shore decorated and has a good feel to it. citizens. The apartment was on the ground floor, so you could hear someone walking above you. Didn't bother me.

Would not rent this unit again.

some appliances (freezer and washer) were not usable, bathrooms were not clean enough, roaches in the kitchen, beach not a good usable/walkable beach, no ocean view from unit, beds were old and well worn as was most of the furniture in the unit.

It far exceeded any place I've ever stayed!!!

The facilities were exceptionally clean! The security promptly handled the noisy neighbors (young adults). The facility had several accommodations such as a coffee pot, extra beach towels, pool necessities, dishes, a washer and dryer, even stocked on ice for our drinks. It was a wonderful vacation knowing I could relax and not worry about anything. We look forward to booking here again soon!

It was lovely and met our needs!

I liked the overall feel of the apartment, and it matched the photos. It was very clean and comfortable. The owners provided us with everything we needed. The only thing missing was the parking pass, which was $20.00. to pay. Otherwise, it was great. Bonus that the beach nearby was beautiful, private, and clean!

cute comfy condo , the neighbors and staff were very friendly

there are a lot of stray cats on the property and surrounding areas. they mostly stay to themselves. condo lacks natural lighting, so it can get a little dark during the day. remote in the den didn’t seem to work. mildewed shower curtain needs to be replaced. all minor inconveniences.

Marine Graduation stay

We had an amazing time staying here for our son's Marine Graduation. The pool and hot tub were amazing. And the owner sent us some items left behind. We will be back.

The most amazing vacation I’ve ever had!

The location of the property was beautiful on the port royal sound. The condo was very very clean and fully stocked with everything we could ever need for beach and while staying in the condo! The beach was just a two minute walk down the road, the parking was close to the room, the beds were very comfortable and I could go on and on! The best part was the owner. She was helpful in every way and she made sure that we would be happy upon arrival and when time to leave. I’m very grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here with my family and hope I have the chance to again!

There were no complaints about the property in any way.

Our stay here was a beautiful way to wrap up our son's 2 week leave after 9 months away!

The location in relation to the beach was excellent! We loved being able to walk out the door and down the parking lot to the beach! And the trees were amazing and beautiful!! As an added bonus, the condo was supplied with an inner tube for fun in the water, pool noodles, etc... The condo, being a 2 bedroom 2 bath with living room and kitchen, made our stay comfortable and home-like as opposed to a hotel, where it's hard to just be a family together. We loved the option to prepare our own meals in the fully furnished kitchen, well stocked with needed equipment. We also utilized door dash and Pizza Delivery. The bedrooms were clean and and comfy as well as the bathrooms.

The location, while great by itself, was not what I had done a search for, and thought I was getting. My original search was for hotels and condos in or near the Beaufort area. When I made this reservation, I was under the impression that it was less than 30 mins from MCAS in Beaufort, SC. When we arrived however, it was soon discovered that we were still an hour drive away from MCAS, so that was a disappointment, as our purpose there was to drop off our son to his new station. However, it all worked out when his Sgt told him to take the weekend off and spend it with his family!! So that drive suddenly became a non-issue. 😊 I wish I had known it would be such a drive to our sons base. Another thing we discovered upon arrival, was that while the ad had said you could park 2 cars "in the driveway", the property has a parking lot, and the first car is $20.00 and the second car is $5, and they needed cash which we hadn't prepared for. I wish the ad had mentioned the parking fee.
