Unit Layout
The vacation property is a 5-room house with a total area of 130 square meters. It features a modern and tasteful furnishing style, including a living/dining room equipped with a dining table, satellite TV with international channels (flat screen), a hi-fi system, and a DVD player. The living area provides access to the terrace. Additionally, there is one room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a bath/shower, also leading to the terrace. Two more rooms are available, each containing a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). The fourth room has two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and it also provides access to the terrace.

The vacation property is furnished with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. It includes a bathroom with a bath/shower and two separate toilets. Electric heating is available throughout the house. The large terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture, a portable barbecue, and eight deck chairs. Additionally, a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, and a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds are provided. The property also offers free Wi-Fi internet access.
