Good location. Nice staff. Really polite. Great smell of Soap ;)

Too late for checkin process. (Able to checkin at 15.00) Some weird smell in the room (Humid smell) Faucet holder is broken Not control well about water temperature

Good hotel and service

The hotel building is old, but I like it as a cultural heritage building. When I arrived the staff didn't say much but they did their jobs well. The room is spacious and I got a bathtub on the balcony as I chose before. The king size bed is large, but I wished it was bigger as I had one on many previous trip in Malaysia. Good air condition, hot water also available. However, I found the safe deposit box was jammed and I took it to reception to have it repaired. A few minutes later it was brought back to my room and it was working. The receptionist name is S, since then she always put nice smiles every time I pass through the lobby. Unfortunately later when we checked out early at 7AM, she was not on duty. The receptionist table was empty and we had to wait about 10 minutes before someone arrived. But this hotel and the service is good, I will stay again at this hotel.

No parking. Bed abit dirt on bed sheet and comforter. Sound proof bad. And also near to masjid.

No lift - only stairs. Great hot tub on roof. Got hotter as you went up the stairs but aircon in room quite efficient.

This is not even a proper hotel. No proper staff and service.

Really sucks Hotel no hot water Water supply in low pressure Staff asked me to use pipe water from outside to shower.

Exceptional

First off, this hotel is WORTH staying, one being is that the hotel is in the center of Georgetown (walking distance to anywhere), second the bathtub( in the balcony) was facing the roads worth using it as the balcony is also insta worthy, third would be the jacuzzi on the second floor, lastly the bed is spacious so as the room, the pillows isn't hard nor was it soft. OH MY GOODNESS my sister and I enjoyed staying.

We had requested for sugar but we were told that the hotel doesn't provide but I don't know why would they give us a coffee machine with coffee packets and no sugar/creamer. One more, there are not lift but only stairs since it only has 2 levels, the stairs are steep and spirally haha but overall would recommend

Staff were nice, straightforward facilities and clean atmosphere

Don’t think it was 4 stars, more like 3. No lifts either so you have to climb up with your luggage.

Central location, but not worth it. Much better hotels nearby that give better value for money. More of a boutique hotel

Central location, clean and spacious room.

No facilities, even jacuzzi not working. No parking, parking is expensive. No housekeeping for 3 days stay. Charged RM40 for an hour late checkout.
