The apartment is much bigger than most. Light and airy, beautifully clean and with fantastic facilities. The location couldn't be more perfect! Walking distance to every attraction, or there are buses right on the door step if needed.
Host kept me up to date all along the way and even gave me great parking tip. Could have happily stayed there a long time.
Hope to stay again.

Apartment is amazing, provides more things you even need and spacious. Brilliant host, communicates everything in time and reassures that we are fine.pet friendly place and close to beach and town centre.property has garden as well.
We will definitely come back here when want to stay in Brighton.
Bed was a little bit small but that is okay for two nights. Still the did not affect the amazing experience and time spent there.

Great location to hospital - where I worked.

Honestly the property smelt heavily of damp. I’m on the train writing this review and I actually stink of damp/mould. It’s a basement flat so I was expecting no view but wow it’s quite overwhelming how damp it is. Paint is peeling off a lot of places on the walls.

Fantastic apartment it was like home from home, it was equipped with everything you could want and need. Location was excellent just away enough from the city centre to get a peaceful night's sleep but close enough without having to travel. Host was very helpful with his communications and everything went smoothly regarding self check in. My only regret was that we only had one night to appreciate it. Next time we would stay for longer. Highly recommended.
If I was to be extremely picky and I this is just a very minor detail. The hot and cold water taps were the wrong way round on the kitchen sink and after pouring myself a glass of what I thought was cold orange juice I burnt my lips on the hot water. But as I say a very minor criticism. Would definitely not prevent me from staying here again.

The Location is great, 2 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to the marina.
The price was acceptable. For this reason i would probably stay here again
The Sofas were nice and comfortable to relax in after a long day

Books and games are a lovely touch to keep people entertained. I didnt use them but it was very charming
Very private to lock yourself away from the outside world (except for the noise from the people upstairs)
Little extras such as what you find in the draws. Hairspray, hot water bottle, Hair dryer, lots of blankets, tissues etc. Things like this are really nice to see.
Lack of Communication from host. we asked for a later check out a week before we arrived and the host said he would ask the cleaner but heard nothing until day of arrival after i had to ask again to get an answer
The bed was horrible. Felt like it would fall apart under 2 peoples weight. The matress was the worst part though. Extremely uncomfortable and i can only liken it to sleeping on a slab of stone. Took a long time to get to sleep on it even when exhausted. The matress needs replacing asap
The bedroom curtains also need replacing as they are too thin and i think badly coloured. They let so much light in when closed. At night, the room was not that dark due to outside light seeping in and as we went in summer, the light from the sun pours in at around 5/6am which woke us every morning
Clenliness was a huge issue sadly. On the first night i went to make a cup of tea and went to use to the Milk Powder provided only to find 3 dead bugs in it. I put it back and didnt have it and just waited until the next morning to buy some milk. This was seriously disgusting
Some cutlery was not cleaned well. 2 knives had obviously been used & not cleaned properly as there was stuff still on them. Same with 1 teaspoon. Im used to immaculate cleaning from hosts and having stayed at a few other places which does not charge a cleaning fee on booking where the hosts do it themselves & this was like night and day. Its shocking the host hires a cleaner & charges a fee because the standards are way below other places i've stayed that do not charge a cleaning fee
People upstairs are very noisy. This isnt the hosts fault but be warned they are extremely noisy and irritating. It sounds like they're wrestling non stop. Its tolerable during the day but early morning before 8am is annoying and late at night past 11pm hearing them stomp around like elephants isnt nice
Some rot/mold in the single toilet.

The apartment is so spacious, it's a lovely space to be in. Great size for spending evenings together if a few are staying.
The mattress on the bed in the bed room has died either side from just wear, which I think would be fine if you're sharing buy as a single laying in the middle was uncomfortable and hard to sleep as you role either way.
Second bed was the same buy we put the mattress on the floor of the living room and that made it alittle better. But beds clean and lovely bedding and really looked after

Great location for our trip, plenty of room for a family of four to get ready for a wedding!
It was quite cold in the bedroom due to draughty windows! The sofa bed was ok for kids but had to move the mattress onto the floor as it sagged with two teens on it.

The apartment is beautiful! We had a lovely stay, it was very homely with plenty of space, perfect for relaxing after a long day.
It took a while walking into Brighton centre from the apartment, but the walk was worth it. We had a lovely time and would definitely return!

The apartment is well located, across from the beach. Well stocked with everything you need to cook and stay long term. Has 2 sofa beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed- 1 bathroom with a big bath/ shower /toilet and a single separate toilet. 20 minutes walk to the pier- so bring your walking shoes. Has a rear courtyard with table and chairs-home from home- lots of character and charm
Sorry to say- need memory foam mattresses- we are not lightweight ,or young so backs had aches- very happy with the accommodation of an extra double mattress- thank you but it sagged in the middle so spent the night rolling into the middle

Location is everything and this basement apartment has a superb location. Seafront and only a 15 minute walk into town for the shops and restaurants. The basement is nice and roomy too.
It's a basement apartment so quite damp. It was rainy while we were there so it just adds up.
The steps down to the apartment are quite narrow and steep.
The 2 bathrooms advertised are a bathroom with shower in the bath and a separate toilet.
There is no door to the 'garden'. You have to climb through the kitchen window to get there.

Beautiful place, loved the open space and two toilets lol. Very clean, everything you need is there. Perfect location- right by the beach and about a 15-20 min walk straight down to the pier.

The living area of this apartment is super spacious, We loved the interior. It’s lovely being right on the seafront. Perfect for a couple, could easily of stayed here for a week and felt like home.
A few minor fixtures such as floorboards, windows and the outside area. Slightly closer to the pier would’ve been 10/10.

No correspondence with the host. Bed was broken and took until the night we left for a new bed to arrive. TV was also not working and this also took until the third night we were there to fix.

Very clean, and with 99% of things you would need for a comfortable stay!
There was no freezer that we could find, which if you are eating out is no issue but we just wanted to have ice for drinks. A very minor thing but some people may be bothered by this! A full cocktail making set (we were impressed by this) but no facility for ice for them!

The bathroom is not up to the same standard as the rest of the property and lets it down sadly, it isn’t in the same league as the beautiful decor of the rest of the apartment.

Fantastic throughout. Comfy bed, sofas (sofa bed) completely stocked kitchen even down to condiments and little tidbits.
Same with the bathroom.
Plenty for entertainment from lovely size TV, Virgin Media, Quality Wi-Fi so the kids don’t moan. But for those who like a good book and board games nice little selection to keep you going.
Quick and polite correspondence with the owner throughout.

I came to Brighton with my daughter for my son's wedding and this apartment was fabulous. So much space, beautifully appointed, very clean and comfortable and in a marvellous location- everything we could want and more.
Parking opposite the apartment on the seafront was £30.50 for 4 days, which is good value for Brighton.
My daughter used the lovely double bedroom and I used the comfortable sofa bed, but a camp bed and additional mattress and bedding were also available. A dog bed was also available- this would be a great place to bring your dog on holiday with you.
You can walk straight onto the beach from the apartment, go for a swim and come back to the apartment for a lovely warm shower.
The apartment is 2.6km from The Grand Hotel where my son was staying- a glorious walk along Madiera Terrace and past the Pier. You'll need/enjoy the walk back after indulging in the excellent food and drink Brighton has on offer. Thoroughly recommended this apartment and hope to return.
Nothing I didn't like. Recycling bins would have been welcome.
The stairs down to the apartment are steep, and a bit tricky when carrying luggage; would not recommend if you have a disability.

It was very clean, had lots of bed sheets and pillows for the sofa beds which was great - we were 4 guests in total. It felt very cosy, we really enjoyed our stay.
The TV didn’t work but we didn’t need it much really.

Property is really spacious and comfortable, good location on the sea front although a 25min walk to central Brighton. Sea lanes swimming baths opposite have a great cafe.
