The amazing view from balcony and pool area. The room was big and very comfortable bed.
No necessities and the pool wasn’t cleaned enough

Firstly, Athena couldn't of been more helpful. She arranged for collection from the bus terminal by a lovely man called Armondo. We were staying there on our honeymoon and the went above and beyond to make us feel special. Melina on he reception desk was also very kind and helpful. We had a sea view in our bedroom which was amazing. There was access to the pool and private beach. We had a great stay and will hopefully be back. Thanks to all.
There was only one girl who provided massages and unfortunately she was sick while we were there.

The staff is very friendly. Stunning views from the rooftop pool. The accommodation is OK in general.
Our apartment was a bit worn down. I would also appreciate better equipment (eg. sponge, plate rack, microwave etc.)

The hotel is amazing, its clean its peaceful and has a beautiful rooftop with a great pool and plenty of sun loungers to relax on after a day of exploring.
The room was big spacious and had very comfy beds, we was there for 7 days and loved it. The Hotel is in a great area its a little out of the center but there is 3 seperate bus stops outside which take you directly into town and close to all the attractions, i found the bus alot more easier then the tube as to walk too the station takes around 18 min.
The rooftop pool is amazing i cant fault it at all, its cleaned every morning and is a great place to go up and have your morning coffee. Its not a very deep pool or a massive one at that but what do you want from a rooftop pool, its nice to relax in and have a swim with an amazing view of athens.
There is a shop downstairs which is basically a shop/cafe/bakery all in one, they make the best iced coffees and have some amazing food, we got our breakfast and lunch from here everyday the staff in there are so kind and they try to help you with everything you need.
All the staff are incredibly friendly and made us feel comfortable they made sure we had everything we needed and the rooms where cleaned everyday unless you didnt need this option you can put your room to do not disturb and they will not bother you.
Around the hotel there is some wonderful restaurants with amazing food, we had some our of best meals here as they are local restaurants and dont pander to the tourist nature as the city would so they are very authentic greek restaurants with lovely staff who will help you with recommendations for while you are in the city.
All in all the hotel is a wonderful place to stay for a great price.
Nothing, I found the hotel and downstairs shop to all be perfect

Angela and Angelo was great. We received a great service.

This hotel exceeded all its expectations. The staff are very friendly and welcoming especially Angelo at front desk!! His customer service skills are very good through out our stay!! Most appreciated! We stayed 8 nights at this hotel in family suite, which had everything in the suite and there was a shop right next to the hotel and local tourist attractions was near by. The other advantage was free private parking. I would 100 percent recommend this hotel! Thank you again!!

Location was good, only a few minutes drive from Acropolis. Great sized rooms, very clean and great amenities. Pool was nice with a view. Not deep but great for cooling down and relaxing. The staff let us use the pool even after we had checked out which was great.
Stayed twice on my trip and had two different rooms. Room with city view was larger with a couch and table.
Will stay again!

we liked the design of the hotel, supermarket adjacent to it and restaurants close by.
we only have half of the bath towels for 3 days out of 7 (the only hotel we stay that long - what an unfortunate).
not enough bed sheets either for days.
we even got scabies (mites which needs special treatment and a week to get rid of) straightaway on the 2nd day.
they only cleaned the entrance floor. consider it’s a self catering room not bother cleaning under dinning table?
tv table was broken and was just leaning. I needed to keep warning my kids not to touch it. how stressful.
shower gel was empty half way we stay. they have a swimming pool! I called a staff and she brought up refill but told me she doesn’t know how to open the dispenser 😵💫 kept telling me ‘I try to help’ in a that’s not my job way so I needed to say ‘I know. thank you very much’.
the pool on the roof is stink. it was very hot, the pool was tiny can’t take more than 5 people and of course people have lots of sunscream on inc us. more filter please!
the only place in the room has Wi-Fi is the bathroom.

Room was upgraded and nice. Roomy bathroom and shower. Breakfast was minimal compared to others but nice to have it delivered to room . Arrived late.
Supermarket next door was convenient.
Washer in room and dryer rack was useful but directions on use was needed.
Check in process was lengthy. Never took this long at the 3 other hotels we stayed in Greece. Staff not very friendly. Refused to help guests that arrived to meet us in calling upstairs. Sign says no smoking in lobby but staff had friends sitting at terrace next to lobby smoking with door open. I ordered quadruple room. The extra bed was sofa bed. I liked that they set it up nicely but so uncomfortable. Very noisy street. You hear everything at night.
