The "Nakara" property is a 3-room terraced house with a total area of 55 square meters, spread across two levels. The practical living/sleeping room features a double sofabed, a dining table, and a TV, with an exit leading to the terrace. There is a small sleeping alcove equipped with a set of 2 bunk beds. The kitchen area is open and compact, fitted with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room and a toilet are also located on this level. On the upper floor, you'll find one room with a French bed (160 cm, length 190 cm) and another room with two separate beds. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet on this level.
