This custom home's spacious design and three living areas add to the comfort you'll find here.
Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool with waterfall and hot tub, double outside shower and gas grill. Inside you'll find a Recroom with 8' pool table/ping pong conversion, large flat-screen TV/DVD, full size refrigerator, Queen Sleep Sofa and deck access. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and flat-screen TV, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, full hall bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer.
Mid Level: Den with foosball table, flat-screen TV and deck access. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, and private bathroom, Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom, King Bedroom with flat-screen TV, and a Bedroom with 2 Bunk beds, flat-screen TV/DVD and semi-private bath (second access door to hallway).
Top Level: Great room with a large flat-screen TV/DVD, kitchen with granite counter tops, 2 dishwashers and counter seating for 4, tiki bar seating for 4, dining area with seating for 14, sitting area with 2 pub tables seating 2 each, deck access and a half bathroom. 2025, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/10/25 -10/10/25
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Fireplace is not available for guest use.
This property does NOT offer beach chairs.
