It was an OK property. Not bad for a one night stay.

No breakfast. Property is on the 9th floor. That was nice. Pharmacy and convenient shops were just across the property which was very nice. Living room had A/c. That was good. The apartment had wifi so we could watch Netflix, etc. The rooms are of decent size. Fairly clean.

The apartment construction is of poor quality. A door was literally broken off of the wall. The sanitary fittings are not up to mark. No soap, shampoo, etc. Kitchen cabinets had some random stuff like cockroach repellents, and other stuff used to clean the apartment. Not enough pillows and not enough towels also.

Good society but the flat wasn't maintained very well

Location of the apartment is nice. Situated in a brand new complex with a lot of amenities (pharmacy, snacks, general store) at handy.

It is situated on the outskirts of Lucknow, so the commute as well as food deliveries are a bit tough. When we checked in, the bedrooms weren't clean as well as toiletries were not present in the rest rooms. Some rooms weren't clean (unclean bedsheets, cigarette buds in the room) and there was a lot of mosquitos in the flat. There was also an incident on our last day where in a previous occupant barged in after typing in the password without knocking/ ringing the bell. That was a major security concern.

When we reached along with my ailing mother on the hot afternoon, the house was filthy with left overs of previous occupants uncleaned. Bones, cigarettes butts, beer, rotten food, filth, used linen, suffocating partying smell Ooph. Miserable the whole family felt who were returning from pilgrimage All this, after I had called the owner 2 hrs before to alert him on cleanliness and he told me the cleaning was already underway. It was a blanket lie. To our shock he asked us to vacate n cancel if we want to. Meanwhile cleaning staff arrived. They had no fresh linen to change. So simply straightened the old one. This looks to a regular practice! One of them sat on the sofa with legs up, even before we left, in a gesture of mocking! In that afternoon heat, we had to search for alternative hotel. It was miserable Only saving grace was the promptness of booking.com call centre in helping to cancel the property Pl dont book this property. They are not interested in business n reflects in thier attitude.

Bed linen wasn't clean, bathrooms did not have soap or handwash( later providedon request), basic food items like tea coffee sugar milk powder and masala should be provided in homestays, who carries all this on a journey ?

superb option for group of friends

✅ 3 rooms/ 3 balcony / 2 bathrooms ✅ modern appartment with all basic facilities for a group of friends or family. big living room with a kitchen and balcony attached is great for large companies. it so spacious that you can hold a private party with a Dj , bartender and chef 🎉 🥂🕺🏼🎈💃🏼 :)) tv, cutlery, refrigerator, laundry provided. ✅ two bedrooms have private bathrooms and balconies - perfect for privacy. + AC, tv, clean bed linen, fresh towels. ✅ There are parking, grocery stores and swimming pool on the territory. so if you are not planing to move much around the city you will find everything you need to feel comfortable in one place. ✅ Host is awesome, made our stay so pleasant. Not so good experience, but concept of flat suitable for family & petowners

It's 3 BHK apartment inside a large society with parking available. Pet friendly. Suitable for group. Location seems ok. Decently furnished flat (although not clean at all). Property contact was coordial, shared details including entry passkeys through whatsapp. But physically noone was available or visited in the property.

Felt really embarrassed with family, particularly with small kids. As arrived at very late night with family & tired, so didn't have the option to shift somewhere else. THE PROPERTY MUST BE CLEANED AND BETTER MANAGED. Could get some water in RO, but then it was not working in the morning. All used items are provided in bathrooms. It seemed somone was staying in the flat, & just shifted to vacate the flat for our visit. No buckets & mugs. One room split AC was working, but other two rooms window acs were not giving cool. One sofa very dirty. So overall, property concept is good, but not managed properly.
