Great stay.

We loved the house and location. The photo of the pool in your listing was deceiving. Looked very sunny but the backyard was overgrown and shady. The patio was a mess and the lawn chairs dirty with a cracked finish. Would benefit from trimming of the branches over the pool. We had to skim the pool ourselves multiple times a day just to clear out the leaves that were falling from the overhanging branches. Also, the bed in the middle bedroom on the second floor was unstable. My daughter felt like it was going to fall apart. Might want to check it out.

This was a spring break trip with my 15-year-old daughter and five of her teenaged friends. The location was perfect: short walks to the main square and easy beach access. The girls had bikes but walked almost everywhere. The house was great. Lots of room for the girls and enough privacy for me and my wife. The kids relaxed in the pool in the afternoons after getting back from the beach. Definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our 5 week stay at Tupelo Honey beginning February 1, 2024. The home was beautifully furnished and located only a 5 minute walk to the beach or to the shops and restaurants at Seaside. I can't recommend this home enough and the management team at 30A Vacations was great. We'll be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and so thankful we were able to bring our dogs. The location is perfect and the home even more perfect!

I would really like to say our stay was lovely, but it was incredibly disappointing. My husband is an active duty soldier and I am a veteran. We were traveling over Fourth of July with our newborn in hopes of some R&R. Our three month old was the least stressful part of the trip. On Sunday, the first day of our stay, they contacted us to try to send someone to fix a remote. I didn’t receive the voicemail until after a man had already come to our door. We turned him away because it’s vacation and we didn’t plan on watching tv. We also have a newborn and are really conscious about germs. We paid for the pool to be heated for our child. Apparently the heater is broken or doesn’t work well. We contacted the management company and they said they would refund us the money and send yet another person to turn off the heater. Our money hasn’t been refunded and the water was the same temperature. My husband also notified the company of the copious amounts of trash underneath the deck. When my husband emailed the company he said it didn’t bother us at the moment but wanted to let them know so it didn’t start attracting bugs or rodents. The repairman who came to turn off the broken heater started raking the trash and my husband watched all the grossness fly into the pool. So needless to say we stayed away from that. Careless construction in the neighborhood resulted in a six inch nail imbedded in our tire. Spend your time & money elsewhere. Wish we had.

We rented the property for spring break and the house was perfect for our family. The house was big with enough beds for a family of 5 to spread out. We paid to have the pool heated and enjoyed it several time. We will definitely rent again! The only reason for a 4 rating was because the water in the bathrooms never really got hot for a shower. We had to time out our showers to make sure we all got warm water. Also the living room furniture was a bit old and the kitchen had no spices (which is fine since it was stated there would not be any). Otherwise we loved the house and would definitely stay there again. It was perfect location to seaside without the crazy crowds.

Tupelo Honey was amazing. The property was in a fantastic location, very clean. Tupelo Honey provides a cozy atmosphere with plenty of room. The swimming pool was amazing with the option to heat it. The screened in back porch in the back was just what we needed to relax. And the best part was that they welcome to our furry friend. I am sure that I will be returning to Tupelo Honey.

Great location with lots of room for the family. The large heated pool was a huge plus and we loved being allowed to bring the fur babies as well.
Some furniture could use updating as well as higher quality appliances but overall great stay.

This house was the perfect size for our annual family fall beach trip. It was close enough to the beach and shops that we barely used our cars at
All. We would 100% stay here again.

We loved Tupelo Honey and had a wonderful stay.
Takeaways: We wish there had been locks on all of the interior doors. With several teens in the Also, the king bed in the master has a serious dip in the middle.
Other than that, we loved the house and would stay there again.

Beautiful property but shower in master bath was lukewarm at best so my husband and I ended up trooping down hallway to other bathroom in order to have hot showers! Lots of construction of other houses being built on same road as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks there - part vacation part work trip. We loved how quiet and private it was - but also how convenient it was to everything at seaside, grocery store , and restaurants. Foe the most part , we parked our car the whole time and could get to everything on foot. The home is well maintained and a nice retreat !

We had a great stay in this nice-sized family house. We were a group of 8, four adults and four kids, and we had the perfect amount of space. The backyard pool is great-so fun for the kids to walk out the door and right into the pool. The house is just a short walk to the beach and also to Seaside’s food stalls, restaurants, and shops. Once at the house we didn’t drive again except for groceries. The house is showing the wear and tear of being a rental property: little things...but annoying things popped up: the kitchen faucet was leaking, the can opener was broken (we replaced it), the pans are warped, and the dishwasher is uneven in its cleaning power, etc. But, even with these little inconveniences the house was well priced for the area and its amenities. We would stay here again!

This house, for how expensive it is as a rental, needs a lot of work. It's not just "tired" from a long season, but it needs to be shut down for a good couple of weeks for maintenance and cleaning. When we arrived, the floors had something spilled on them and had never been cleaned. I took pictures and sent them to the management company and told them I would be buying cleaning supplies to clean the floors so no need to send someone over to clean them. I never expected a call back from them, but when I was told they would get back with me after talking with management and the cleaning crew, I did, then, expect a call back that never came. When you are done showering in the master, there's about 3" of water on the shower floor. The drain needs cleaning. The master shower faucet handle turns in a continuous circle so it's hard to adjust to the right temp and pressure from the head is not good - it needs to be cleaned. Ultimately, I ended up showering in the other upstairs bathroom because of the drain and pressure issues in the master. The handle in that bathroom shower also turns in a continuous circle and the liner had soap scum all over it and needs to be replaced. The refrigerator made a growling noise, similar to our RV water pump when it activates, every hour or so and wakes everyone up in the house until you get used to the noise. The screened porch off the master is DIRTY and needs to be pressure washed and ALL of the windows look like they haven't been cleaned in over a year so when you pull up the blinds to let light inside the house you have to stare at very, very dirty windows. All of the furniture on the poolside screened porch was dirty. I had to buy clorox and wash everything down as it had food and dirt stuck on the table, arms of the furniture and the swing still has some sort of pink melted candy stuck in between the boards. The slipcovers on the living room furniture also need to be washed. They had stuck on food on the arms of the slipcovered chairs. The two frying pans there need to be replaced as they are both damaged non stick which leech chemicals into food once damaged. The manual can opener doesn't work at all. There is an automatic one, but it also looks like it hasn't been cleaned ever. The location is just okay. It's crowded there. We had parties going on all around us so it's very noisy. There is minimal beach to actually sit on as most of it is owned privately. Next time, I'll rent in Seaside or Watercolor.

pragmatic, clean and comfortable home with pool in Seagrove. Had an issue with not being able to check in on time because cleaning crew was delayed but otherwise stay was great.
