J’ai pris ce logement pour me rapprocher d’une course de trail et j’ai pu bien me reposer avant d’y participer.

L’hôte est à l’écoute du client et très agréable.

L’extérieur du logement n’est pas très esthétique mais je comprends bien que les travaux et amélioration sont en cours.

Réservé au tout dernier moment nous sommes très reconnaissants envers notre hôtesse pour sa disponibilité remarquable. Une nuit de dépannage dans un logement partagé (chambre et salle de bain WC privés) qui a, on ne peut mieux rempli ses fonctions! Cuisine et salle à manger spatieuses et bien équipées, cafés et thés à disposition, jeu de domino, terrasse, chambre spacieuse propre et climatisée. Accueil merveilleux. On recommande !

Potentiel important grâce à l'emplacement de ce logement spacieux, mais actuellement peu accueillant

Vue magnifique de la terrasse! Chambre sobre mais confortable. Bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. Pas utilisé mais cuisine à disposition (avec réfrigérateur, micro-ondes...).

Entrée en chantier (fers à béton, ciment), certainement pas adaptée PMR, et peu accueillante. Quand les travaux seront terminés, ce sera sûrement joli! Battements des portes (fermées) quand le vent souffle la nuit, c'est assez pénible. Difficultés de stationnement.

Internet connection is stable and fast.

The hostess does not speak English despite it is mentioned in the Booking ad so it was difficult to find this accommodation. There is no sign or any other evidence that you have arrived to the right place.

Superb

The Kapokier is located above San Pierre and has lovely views of the city and the sea. It is easy walking distance from town. The place and rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Despite my poor French I was very well received and they helped me with everything I needed and made sure I was doing fine. Highly recommend this place.

Exceptional

Great value for money. It is clean and comfy. The toilet and the bathroom is shared, but clean and as the hotel isn't that big, thats not a problem. The common area is welcoming and well equipped. The balcony sports a splendid view of Saint Pierre and the sea. The city is a brief but steep walk away.

Coffee capsules were a nice addition.

It would have been practical to share the information necessary for self check-in via text message too - sometimes people come and do not have functioning mobile data for some reason. Luckily the wifi was working and without password when I arrived at night so I was able to connect and find the information about which room is mine and where to find keys. Unfortunately the next morning the electricity was out due to repairs when I came back from breakfast and so I was unable to charge my phone and look up the journey before driving further, which was a big minus. In the future it is better to do necessary repairs after everybody has checked out, and if they are planned, inform people that there won’t be electricity for a few hours so that they can plan ahead.

easy to find thanks to the explanation very detailed received from the owner clean nice view of st Pierre

we stayed just one night, in order to go clim Mount Pelée early morning it’s a house with 3 bedrooms for a bedroom with shared bathroom, 75€ is quite expensive. no contact with owner

Nice view from the Commodores balcony.

It was not clean. Really old house and furniture. Didn’t see any staff during our stay. Very low standard.
