Overall the house was just fine but there was some issues.
The main floor has multiple nail pops on the floor that cut out feet. Wear slippers or flip flops. There also was a dead mouse on a glue trap in basement. I get these things can happen but still could use some attention.
The TVs are incredibly difficult to work unless you have app subscriptions as we couldn’t find a cable feed.

Beautiful updated farmhouse. The place was immaculately cleaned except for a very moldy shower curtain. The property manager did drop a new one off but it was still gross that I had to remove the old one. The AC does not reach the upstairs which made for some uncomfortable sleeping at night despite having ceiling fans. Other standing fans stashed in closets were also broken. Coffee maker did not work. WiFi was slow and interfered with streaming on the TVs. The back door also wouldn’t close all the way so we had to just use the latch lock to keep it locked. Parking was fine but it is also the parking lot for the Social Eats Cafe right next door (delicious food and coffee) but it got very busy on Sunday morning and when I left for 15 minutes and came back, parking was full. The inside of the house overall was nice and beds were comfortable. We were mostly there just to sleep so all the little troublesome things weren’t huge issues for us but something to consider if you plan on spending a lot of time in the house.

We were a little disappointed that there were only two bath towel’s available for Five adults. We had to do laundry everyday! We loved the convenience of the coffee shop next door.

This home was perfect for our family while my son played at All Star Village. Great location, tons of room and it had everything we needed. It does only have one bathroom but it does have a full basement. This is a great rental for anyone who has a kid playing at All Star Village.

I like the location of the house. Sufficient space for big families. Big kitchen with up to date appliances. The only issue for us was that the 2nd floor didn't have A/C. 1st floor and basement AC worked great. Each room on the 2nd floor have ceiling fans and portable fans which only 1 worked out of the 3. We did suffer some restless nights due to hot temperatures. Would I stay her again? Definitely not during the summer.

Location was an easy/direct drive to All Star Village. Super cute urban farmhouse —perfect for two parents, two grandparents and 2 kids. Owner is absolutely wonderful and the restaurant next door is delicious. Would highly recommend.

The space was well cared for and convenient for our trip to the CASV.

My family and I stayed here while my son was at Cooperstown ASV. It was super close to the fields and restaurants/walmart/ice cream were just a short drive away.
Plenty of space and having the washer/dryer was super helpful too!

We had the best time staying here with our family. We were in for a week for a baseball tournament. The location was excellent for All Star village. We loved walking to coffee and ice cream from the house. The home is adorable- clean, comfortable and just lovely in every way. I would highly recommend and hope to have another kiddo play baseball out there so we can stay again. 10/10.

Perfect Cooperstown stay
This house was a perfect place to stay while our son was playing at Cooperstown All Star Village. It made it so simple to run back and forth to the park. About a 10 minute drive to the park. Super comfortable and clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Fun in Cooperstown
The house is really nice. The floors squeak, so no sneaking around. When we arrived there was a water issue in the basement from the previous tenant. Once I notified Michelle, she personally came to the house and cleaned up the mess and brought us brand new towels. That alone told me all I needed to know. She was very apologetic and credited us some funds for the issue. Cool house and great owners, what more could you ask for!! You definitely want to stay here.

Beautifully renovated old farm house
We rented this house for a weekend while attending a family wedding in mid October. Located on the main road the old farm house has been recently renovated and it is beautiful inside. The furnishings and décor are awesome. Compliments up to the owner. Modern kitchen open to the dining area is where we spent a lot of our time. The wood floors thru out the house give the house character but they are squeaky. Beds are very comfortable. There is a car wash next door and on occasion you can hear the blowers kick on. The private driveway is large enough to fit four cars just use caution when backing out onto the main road. Restaurants, pizza shops, gas, beer, wine and spirit and the super market can be found within a short drive. All things considered we really enjoyed our stay here and we will book this house in the future when we come up to visit.

Family reunion to upstate New York
My family could not be any happier with our stay at this house! If you are looking to stay in Oneonta this should absolutely be your first choice. House was extremely clean and with everything you would want to stay for multiple days. Hope to be able to stay here again to visit family in the area.

Excellent Remodeled Home
Outstanding stay. The house was just as pictured. Michelle (property manager) was responsive and accommodating. The home definitely is older so you may hear some floor creaks or see wear on the banisters but the kitchen/bath/windows have all been updated to be modern. It's like staying in a historic house with the amenities you expect!
The mattresses were top quality and comfortable. Everything you would need was provided and we ended up leaving unopened packages of toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies that we had pre-ordered from Walmart before leaving home.
The back patio is beautiful and although there is some traffic during the week there, on the weekends the back lot was completely empty. We were visiting for a funeral and it was a great place to hang out with relatives.
Every bedroom had a TV and there was also one in the living room and a large screen TV in the basement. We didn't use the laundry but it seemed to be stocked with supplies as well. There were two individual fold out futons in the main bedroom and another in the basement.
Overall a beautiful home, central to everything in Oneonta, with tons of space to spread out and relax and everything you need for a visit. Thank you again!!

Great for Cooperstown All-Star Village
We had a great week at Cooperstown All-Star Village, and this was the perfect base of operation for my family of 5 + 2 Grandparents. Highly recommend.

Great Property
My family stayed at this property for a week. It was perfect for our first visit to upstate NY. The pictures online accurately reflected the ‘urban farmhouse’. The property was older, but very clean with modern decor and updates. The property owner was very responsive and attentive. I had a lot of questions prior to booking as well as after and she responded to all my questions quickly. This property also came with those extras that you need in a home (i.e. laundry detergent, plenty of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, etc). I didn’t feel the pressure to have to run to the store to purchase those things. We’ve been in other rentals where that wasn’t the case. Overall, great property! You can’t go wrong.
