About this cottage rental
Auckland Cottage is a superb property resting on the outskirts of Wolsingham. It comes with four bedrooms, comprising of a family bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a triple room, a double bedroom with en-suite and a single bedroom, together sleeping up to nine people. Completing the interior is a family bathroom and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside you will have shared access to an indoor swimming pool, sauna and games room in the complex. Auckland Cottage is wonderful retreat for a family holiday to this part of the country. Please note: Check in days must only be Monday or Friday. This property is subject to a pre-authorisation upon arrival which is arranged directly with the owner. Note - Pets welcome, additional charge of £30pp payable to owner on arrival.
Amenities: Ground Air Source heating. Oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, WiFi and TV. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot & high chair available. Shared use of indoor swimming pool, sauna and games room in the complex. 2 pets welcome (Additional charge of £30pp payable to owner on arrival). Sorry, no smoking allowed. Off road parking for 3 cars. Pub and shop within 1.2 miles. Please note; Check-in time for this property is from 4pm. Please note: Check in days must only be Monday or Friday however check in would only be accepted on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 22nd December - 2nd January.
