The 5-room terraced house spans across three levels and measures 105 square meters. It boasts a south-facing position and cozy furnishings. On the upper ground floor, you will find a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and satellite TV. Additionally, there is a room with one bed and one double bed. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with a bidet and WC, as well as a hip bath, are also located on this level.
Amenities Included
The property offers a range of amenities for your convenience and enjoyment during your vacation. These include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, and free Wi-Fi internet access. Additionally, you can enjoy the outdoor spaces with a terrace, terrace furniture, deck chairs (4), and a box-room. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. However, please note that this is a non-smoking house.
