The set of the 3 apartments are divided by one 100sm 3bedroom apartment and one 120sm 4bedroom apartment located on the 1st floor of the building, these 2 apartments are connected. The 3rd apartment is a 100sm 3 bedroom apartment located on the 3rd floor. Each apartment as sofa-beds and extra beds if needed, and can accomodate a number of 28 guests in total. So we offer a solution for a big group who wants to stay in the building, sharing 3 different unique apartments.
We are situated less than 10 minutes walking from the heart of Lisbon: Praça Luis de Camões and Chiado subway station (connects to the main subway lines of the entirely Metro, Blue and Green lines) It is also a 5min walk from the most spectacular “ Viewpoint ”(vantage point) of the city: São Pedro de Alcântara viewpoint. This moderns apartments has a Stylish décor and a spacious atmosphere; the apartment interiors are spacious, with much character combining the old wooden floors with a modern decoration.
The flats have in total 320sm, 3modern and huge living rooms with 8 amazing door windows with a breath-taking view to the garden and river, 3 fully equipped kitchens, 10 bedrooms fully equipped with closets, and double and queen beds. You can use the 3 kitchen facilities, laundry etc. The apartments have 3 complete bathrooms with bathtubs and 2 service toilets.
Within a walking distance from the main interesting areas of the city, you can walk to the main neighborhoods of Lisbon, Santa Catarina, Graça, Alfama, or have a drink at one of the biggest and most beautiful Squares in Europe, Praça do Comércio. By night we recommend you to discover one of the greatest nightlife neighborhoods of Europe, BAIRRO ALTO. A 5 min walk and you are at the very heart of the Lisbon night where you can find the best restaurants, bars, clubs and trendy shops. Come and discover Lisboa as a local, in a quiet, safe and authentic charm place.
