Jederzeit gerne wieder

Ich verbrachte hier eine tolle Zeit. Es fehlte mir nichts. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung war sehr gut. Die Aussicht vom Balkon und die Ruhe im Haus taten gut, so dass ich hier schön verweilen konnte. Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb der Stadt aber die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel starten keine 10 min. vom Standort aus. Was will ich mehr.

We were very happy with our stay at Noahs home, and would gladly stay again.

One of the best-equipped accommodations we have ever stayed in. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped, and even though we did not need most of the kitchen equipment, this was still wonderful to have available. The flat was very clean, and the layout is great. Amazing to have so many different kinds of entertainments, especially for small children. There was even a changing station in the bedroom. Huge appreciation for the thought given to this by the owners.

The main bed is creaky, and the mattress was uncomfortable (slept through, should probably be replaced). The large sleeping couch in the living room is slightly sloped, so one of us wound up taking the mattress off and putting it on the floor instead, but this was easily possible because the living room has plenty of space. The price is very steep. Yes, the accommodation is very well equipped, and the location is good, but over €100 per night is a little crazy.

Exceeds expectations

the location is just in front of the bus stop. the bus goes to the city center and to outside. the appartment is however very quiet because all of the windows face away from the road (into the inner yard with great view). the taxi can as well find the house very easily. exceptionally clean, pizza waiting in the freezer for the guest (particular thanks to the host, as i arrived at 2am), the beds are great, there is coffee, capuccino..really welcoming place

A quick overnight in Braunschweig.

Good location, quiet surroundings.Nice view of many of the Braunschweig church and other historic towers from the window. Nicely equipped kitchen. We were not able to use the underground parking as we travelled in a van which was too high, but we easily found a lot of space in the main street, 100 metres away from the apartment.

One of the sofas had a soft dent in, sleeping was not really comfortable.

horrible (and LOAD) experience

clean apartment with everything you need. The host was wery helpful untill the problem started

The apartment was initially nice and perfectly fine for a shorter stay. BUT!! since the building is being renovated and it was not possible to sleep well, we had to leave early the next morning in a rush due to UNBEARABLE noise. The house owner initially claimed not to have known anything about it, although the building is full of workers and scaffolding. I don’t appreciates being lied to and that the landlord is okay with renting in a building with so much construction noise (we're talking drilling/hammering/grinding in concrete buildings) I rented through booking for 4 years and never experienced such inconvenience with the landlord) I told the landlord that I have videoes og the noise, but they are not interessted still claiming that there is no renovation in progress. i have offerets the owner videos of the noise, but they are not interrested. The landlord has had plenty of time to rectify this but I now feel that others thinking of renting here should know these terms before renting as the landlord doesn't clean up. After several days arguing the landlord will calculate how many hours the noise was and give me money back these hours. I mean, the accommodation was ruined and I would never have stayed there if I had known that we would be woken up by LOUD noise in the morning and having to leave in a hurry. i have used booking in aproximately 10 country’s over 5 years and this is by far the worst experience

Short one night stay

Quick night stay for breaking a long drive. Didnt meet the host in person, but everything was explained clearly via message. Sufficient and quick. Place itself is a modern apartment that has everything you need to spend a night.
