The owner communicated very well and actively with us from the first day, he was very accommodating and, in addition, he personally helped us in an emergency to get medicine in a nearby town. I thank him once again for a very above-standard and personal approach. I warmly recommend this accommodation. The environment is in a beautiful, well-kept garden in addition, with a pool that the owner takes care of carefully, as well as the garden and everything else. Thank you once again.

Holiday, 6 night stay with 2 teenagers

Stunning location, very well equipped apartment, everything you could need provided. The swimming pool is a very welcome bonus. Roberto and family are perfect hosts, very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely return.

The walk back from the town is uphill and quite steep but this is a small inconvenience and worth it to stay in such a beautiful place

very nice and spacious apartment with an amazing host, would come back everytime :-)

The house is located on a little hill with lots of elegant villas and an unblocked view into the valley. There are two apartments in the basement of the owners' house - we stayed in the bigger one beginning of November, so a bit off-season. 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with laundry machine and a spacious living room with kitchen and even a dishwasher would straightaway also serve perfectly for a permanent stay, not just for holiday! Everything is very well maintained, comfortable and clean. Roberto, the host, is a very lovely and kind person who gave us a lot of tips for exploring the area. The garden is very big and the pool is definitely a good place in the warmer seasons of the year. Our little dog was happy with the garden, too, as the area is fully closed with fences. Parking is possible either on the road or on the property. Both is not extremely spacy but not really a problem, even our full size SUV was fitting well. Downtown Spotorno is a 15 min downhill walk away and seems to have many nice restaurants and a big beach. However, due to the time of the year many of the restaurants were closed - which does not necessarily mean to be bad, so you simply go to the few open ones where the locals stay which do for sure have a reason to go exactly there :-) Staying there in November I can't say much to the beach but at least it was open free of charge now and the dog could enjoy running through sand and sea... We really enjoyed it! :-)

Modern and stylish apartment with swimming pool.

This is a very modern, clean and stylish property with two apartments on the lower level of the house (the owners live on the upper level). It is located in a quiet residential area and only a 15 minute walk down into Spotorno and the sea front. Parking on the street or inside the property gate. The gardens are beautifully kept and the swimming pool is fantastic (and almost private), especially if travelling with children as it is only 20m or so from the apartments. We stayed in mid-September and the water was a comfortable temperature.

Nothing - it is a lovely property.

Wonderful

The property is just amazing. The appartament was very clean, comfortable with all needs inside. The property has a wonderful pool with a wonderful view , the mountains from one side and a beautiful courtyard just in front of the pool. The home owners are very nice, friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this house for your staying in Spotorno! Me and my family are so satisfied !
