Sencilla y eficaz

El personal era excelente, atentos y simpáticos. La ubicación era buena, tenía cerca supermercados y tiendas. El barrio era tranquilo.

Algunos inquilinos no respetaban las zonas comunes. En las últimas tardes, nuevos clientes molestaron la habitación pensando que era la recepción.

Horror! Auf keinen Fall buchen!

Es war der Horror!

Ich habe 68 € für eine Horrornacht bezahlt. Das Hostel ist eine sehr sehr hellhörige, dreckige Wohnung in der anscheinend eine Familie lebt und die Freunde bis 2 Uhr nachts rumhängen um sich anschließend in den Flur zu legen und das ganze Haus zusammenzuschnarchen. Ich bin richtig wütend!

Self Check-in, it was kinda tidy but the floors needed more cleaning.

My room was sprayed with some airfreshner i don't like that.

Qualité mauvaise pour le prix, à éviter.

Propre, femme de ménage sympathique.

Propriétaire jamais à la réception durant les heures de réception indiquées. Il ne parle pas un mot d’Anglais. Notre voisin a du attendre 2 heures avant d’obtenir les clés car le propriétaire n’était pas là et que le casier pour récupérer sa clé était bloqué. Partage des communs (cuisine, salon et salle de bain) avec 2 autres chambres. Boiler éteint le nuit pour économiserde l’argent donc on doit le rallumer en permanence et attendre qu’il chauffe l’eau à nouveau. Draps couettes etc pas changés régulièrement, on a du demander pour les changer sinon rien n’est fait.

Very disappointed of the property and its owner

Location is far away from the center. The travelers at this place are men and many are smokers. So we can see the sign of “no smoking is allowed” everywhere. I found the bedbug in my room and got allergic reactions, couldn’t sleep the whole night and had to go to see a doctor the next day. The hostel called agent to clean the room and asked me to go back to the same room, but I refused. Even I took the picture of the bedbug, I showed the bedbug to the cleaning agent, the owner of hostel first said there was no bedbugs, then he changed his talk to claiming that I brought the bedbug to the room. But I am allergic to bedbugs, how can I bring it to the hostel. I contacted booking.com. But booking.com is just an intermediate, can’t force the owner to do anything, so there is no compensation. I checked out two days earlier, still waiting for the reimbursement from the hostel. But I don’t have hope from this place

Good value apartment-style stay in a quiet neighborhood

Individual rooms per booking even in the shared apartment. Spacious shared living room, bathroom, and kitchenette. Easy automatic/contact-less check-in and check-out.

Small cockroach spotted on the kitchen floor at night. Registration form for the check-in link didn't seem to work, although it didn't affect the key collection/check-in process.

Dostanete soukromí, minusy hluk, smrad z nrjake

Za takovou cenu je fajn, ze ma člověk svuj zamykatelny pokoj.

Uroven hluku byla strašně vysoká, nemohl za to ani tak lidé. Byl to problem starého zařízení bytů - kliky kde každé otevření dveří doprovazi hlasité skřípání staré pružiny, staré zamky zamykani a idemykani s kovovym velkym klíčem, dveře bez těsnění. Nedostatecne uklizený pokoj porvní den.

El personal muy atento, ya que tuve problemas para entenderme con la entrada por medio de código y estuvieron muy dispuestos a hacérmelo todo fácil. El sitio está cerca de casi todo y es bastante cómodo para el precio.

Buen lugar con buena relación calidad-precio

La habitación es amplia y cómoda. Muy limpio el alojamiento. Baño compartido con todo lo necesario también muy limpio. La ubicación no está muy alejada del centro, se puede llegar perfectamente en autobús o coche, e incluso se puede ir andando al centro.

Nosotros fuimos en coche y fue muy difícil aparcar ya que las calles son muy estrechas y en cuesta, tuvimos que aparcar algo alejados. Respecto al alojamiento diría que lo único negativo fue que la puerta del baño no cierra muy bien.

Mala experiencia 👎

Lo único que estuvo bien fue la sencillez de entrar a la habitación, y la localización.

Cuando llegamos la habitación se encontraba como la dejaron los anteriores huéspedes, no estaba preparada, y tuvimos que llamar y esperar 45 minutos a que llegara la limpiadora y luego otros 25 minutos para que limpiara y cambiara las sábanas. Después, desafortunadamente las áreas comunes, especialmente el baño, presentaba un nivel de limpieza pésimo, el bidé con muchos pelos, la ducha, el wc y el lavamanos super sucio, etc. En conclusión, si bien la habitación tiene lo básico y la estancia esta bien, una experiencia muy mala debido al descuido de no tener la habitación preparada y la falta de limpieza en las zonas comunes. También recalcar que es una zona muy mala para conseguir aparcamiento.

A környék csodálatos A Pansióba viszont alig tudtunk bejutni De nem a Panzió a hibás ebben,hanem a booking. com Az emberek a lépcső házból többen is és kitartóan mellénk álltak,segítettek /kiváltképp egy középkorú férfi kutyával / nem adta fel,nem nyugodott amíg be nem jutottunk!!! Telefonálgatott ,átküldte a lefotózott foglalásomat Egy másik hölgy is igen segítőkész volt! Az itteni EMBEREK igazán Emberek

Aggódtunk hogy a lépcsőházban kell aludnunk És esetleg még a tengerpart ? Hálózsák nélkül? Vagy,, jó esetben " a Policia? Igazán ,,megnyugtató" lett volna ! Legalább lett volna tető a fejünk felett és még vigyáznak is Ránk !!!

The flat was usually clean and the good thing is that they always responded to the emails. And quickly provide with the solution

Rooms were smaller than what I anticipated. I stayed there for 24 nights, It would have been nice if they have asked me to clean my room. I had to write them to clean my room. Also, bathroom was always out of soap until I wrote to the hotel.

The location is beautiful and it's a good value for money

The key is badly cut so you need to go through gymnastics to open the door... About which I wasn't informed so I had to stay inside of the property all day instead of exploring the town.

Nice clean value for money rooms, though there is some room for improvement re: amenities!

Quiet place and clean rooms. Easy self-check in process. Toilets were clean too.

Toilets could have used some hooks for hanging towels/fresh clothes etc! Also seems like a safety hazard that the Lv0 toilet has hot water on blue and cold water on red (the tap indicators)! Small suggestion would be to implement automatic motion-sensitive lights in the main corridors.

Clean and comfortable.but ptetty basic.

Not enough towels and no coffee making facilities ( cafetera in Spanish) in the common kitchen. Too basic as already explained.

Well worth it.

All the necessities, secure, private, comfy, and near public transport, although further out from the city centre. Water is warm if you want it to be, the tap water is potable and doesn't taste bad either, and there's a small kitchen available with a fridge/freezer, hot plate, and dishes to use.

The doors are very loud, especially if you don't apply opposing force while opening/closing them. This might be an issue for light sleepers or easily annoyed individuals, but maybe bring ear plugs if that's the case and relax a little. Locks are secure though, despite the seemingly older age.
