About this house rental
You'll find this cozy home ideally located on a private drive on Holland's northside. Wooded lot offers privacy and shade, while a patio and fire pit allow you to enjoy the large fenced in yard. This property is pet friendly! Dog kennels and bowls are available for your furry family members.
Inside the home, you'll find a clean, updated kitchen with open dining and living area. Lots of windows allow the lovely summer breezes to flow through the home. Master bed and bath feature a large walk in shower, garden jacuzzi tub, and new queen size bed for two. Second bedroom offers a twin over full bunk to accommodate 2-3 people/kids. Couch easily converts to comfortable bed for 2 as well. Air mattress is available if needed.
Less than 5 minutes from Holland State Park, you can spend the day on one of West Michigan's best beaches. Beach towels are available for use. Spend the day at the beach, grill something for dinner, and then relax by the bonfire at night as you watch fireflies dance in the woods.
This home is within walking distance of Dunton Park and Lake Macatawa, as well as Beechwood Grill, Deboer Bakkerij, Brewery 424, Captain Sundae and mini golf, and Cross Country Cycle. Walk down to the Dutch bakery for breakfast, rent a bike and ride the miles of bike paths in Ottawa County, and stop in for a beer in the afternoon!
The property is also conveniently located near the bridge, with just a 5 minute drive to downtown Holland. Enjoy an appetizer at New Holland Brewery, dinner at one of the many restaurants downtown, or catch a movie at the new Sperry luxury theater. Thursday evenings downtown feature free street performers during the summer, and weekends often host art-in-the park or other festivities.
In addition, Holland is nestled in between Grand Haven and Saugatuck. This home is 13 miles from Saugatuck Dunes State Park, and 20 miles from Grand Haven.

Cozy home tucked away in a wooded wonderland. This home has everything you need and then some. I was sad to leave! But will be back.

This home is beautiful and very comfortable. Everything you could need is provided including towels and paper products. The kitchen is beautifully appointed as well. The backyard is fully fenced witch is great for young children and dogs. It’s in a very good location as well. Not far from all the highlights of Holland. The hosts have done a wonderful job with their place!

This home is so nice. Has everything you might need for your stay. So CLEAN, spacious inside and outside; a lovely home in a great location and quiet neighborhood. Teryn has thought of everything. 2 bedrooms 2 baths and a pull-out couch so quick and comfortable—>not your average ’sofabed’ by any means. Teryn’s communication was easy and excellent. Stayed a week and did not want to leave!!! Near to Holland’s fun but away from the bustle. Loved this stay! Thanks Teryn!

Only 10 minutes from town. About the same from the beach. Fenced backyard. Fire pit. Try Sundown Firewood for your wood. Be aware that many Holland restaurants and shops are closed Sundays and Mondays. Sperry movie theater was a lot of fun. Try putt putt golf at Captain Sundae.

Loved it
We loved our stay here. The fenced in yard was a great feature for us, our dog was very happy. Everything was clean and Teryn was very quick to respond to any questions and super accommodating of our requests. We would stay here again!

Excellent Getaway Experience
Teryn's home is beautifully updated and super clean. Though dogs are welcome, you would never know that dogs had been there.
We were greeted with a lovely snack basket, and an AC cooled home. The home is located in a quiet little neighborhood with lots of trees. The location is very close to everything we wanted to see. We all wish we could have stayed longer.
Teryn was quick to respond to my inquiries before the trip and provided an excellent experience for our getaway. Thank you, Teryn!

First trip away from home with the dogs.
It was our first time traveling with our dogs so I was super nervous. I couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable home for our family including the dogs. Super dog friendly and welcoming home. We enjoyed our time at the campfire and the amazing shower in the master. We attended a wedding at the Felt Mansion and it was a perfect spot to stay that was close and convenient. Highly recommend!

Perfect Home Away from Home
This property was one of the best vacation homes I have stayed at for work purposes on an extended stay. With previous long term stays I have had to purchase additional items to make the property livable (pots, pans, vacuum, etc.) BUT not with this property. Aside from having to fill up on some consumables this place had everything you could ask for . The neighborhood was nice and quiet yet close to downtown so evening entertainment was easy to get to. If I am back in the area for work again I will certainly be trying to stay here.

Amazing weekend. Weather was rough, but we were cozy with our pups at Teryn's place. Nice quiet neighborhood, big back yard, short drive to downtown or the beach... looking forward to our next trip!

Wonderful Stay X 2!
This was our second stay at Beachwood and, just like our first visit, everything was super! The home is comfortable, clean, and just as pictured. Great Place!
This is by far the nicest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Super clean and welcoming. As soon as we walked in, there were snacks and a little “welcome” sign. This place has everything you need. It was especially nice that there were dog beds, bowls and kennels available for your fur babies. On top of that the owner is very kind and quick to respond. Highly recommend! :)

Teryn is so sweet and really made sure to make my husband and my stay as comfortable as possible. Our dog loved the fenced-in yard, too! We unfortunately weren’t able to use the grill or beach chairs, which is opposite of what the listing said, but overall our stay here was amazing and we are definitely planning on coming back! The inside is beautifully done and has everything you need for your stay. The back yard is great for a family gathering or just for the dog to run around in the fully fenced yard. I can't think of anything that could have made our stay any better. And a return in the future is truly possible. So handy to the places we wanted to visit.

This pet-friendly home was perfect place for our family of five on a recent visit to Holland for a graduation. The kitchen and eating area are comfortable and well equipped. The spacious master suite with shower and jetted tub were great. We loved the location - it's close to downtown, restaurants and stores are nearby, and the lake is just down the road. I've never seen a more pet-friendly rental. Millie, our Goldendoodle, enjoyed the owner-provided crate, bowls, bed, toys, and spacious, fenced yard. We loved our stay, and we'll look for this home again when we're back in the area.

Just what we needed
This pet-friendly home was perfect place for our family of five on a recent visit to Holland for a graduation. The kitchen and eating area are comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful, quiet, dog-friendly Holland home
Recently stayed at this very clean, beautiful home in Holland with my husband, daughter and her Golden Retriever. The fenced in yard was wonderful. Near downtown Holland bars and restaurants and many beautiful parks within 15 to 30 min. Great find!

It was awesome and the house was beautiful, we will stay again next year. Teryn was great to work with and we loved that you also love dogs. Fenced yard was wonderful Kiya & Cede enjoyed. So much thought that went into what would the people want. Washer & dryer wonderful it's a must for us. The only thing is we grill all year long and the grill was not there as indicated it the ametities.Thanks Debby Kevin, Kiya & Cede.

Weekend Getaway
The home is conveniently located with many choices for outdoor activities, as well as downtown Holland shopping and dining. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable was provided and easily accessible. The extra comforts for our dog including the fenced-in back yard, extra pet beds, bowls and kennels were an added bonus! The owner was very responsive and helpful!

Top notch in Holland
From first contact to our checkout we had an excellent experience with Teryn and at her home. Every email and question was answered quickly and completely. The pictures of the home posted on the site accurately portray the home; comfortable, attractive, and CLEAN! (Especially important and appreciated in these times.) A basket of snacks, coffee, tea, dog briskets, etc. welcomed us after a 12 hour trip- much appreciated. Layla, our 20 lb. terrier mix, had 2 doggie beds to relax or sleep on during our stay. A top notch stay and experience in Holland.

Beautiful house we loved the place it was very hot an the a/c cool the shower in master was awesome along with the jacuzzi tub five stars in my book .Beds were comfortable an you could bring your dog .👍👍♥️
