The house was well suited for family members visiting from out of state. It's conveniently located in a beautiful neighborhood, has a large private yard, was impeccably clean, and had everything they needed for their stay. The house is also a short distance from the Erie Canal and a convenient shopping plaza. Perfect for our needs!

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy home. The home is at the edge of a beautiful neighborhood, so it is very pleasant to walk back there, and there is very little through traffic. Thank you for allowing dogs, my two dogs very much enjoyed the enormous yard and spacious home. The house was spotlessly clean and very well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen. Being able to connect to the Roku and watch TV on our apps was great. The house is also really close to a shopping area with lots of nice restaurants and the giant flagship Wegmans. Cheryl, who takes care of the rental was very proactive, contacting us to see if we needed anything and reminding us of check out procedures the night before we left. Overall, a perfect stay and we will absolutely stay here again if back in the area. Thank you.

Very comfortable abode, especially for a last minute reservation.

We had plenty of room to spread out here in this clean and comfortable home. Great access to nearby grocery shopping -- plus plenty of kitchen tools and cookware -- made meals easy. The Railroad Loop Trail (about 1/4 mile from the house) leads straight to the pathway along Erie Canal for a wonderful run or walk.

Great Stay!!!
We normally stay at hotels when traveling but with a family wedding in the area, we decided to try this Vrbo property. The property provided an opportunity to have our immediate family in one location. Pittsford was important to us since we lived in the area and is where our now adult children grew up.
The house sits on a very large lot with an expansive front yard. Upon arrival, we had a deer checking us out as we unpacked the car. Later we saw a fox running through the front yard chasing one of the squirrels.
The house worked out for our family. There was a large table where we were able to have our family meals. The kitchen had all the amenities needed. The location was great, very quiet but extremely close to shopping. Actually, we walked over to the shopping center to check out the Wegmans and other stores.
Overall, it was a positive experience and would definitely consider staying there in the future.

Great location for Rochester
House is in a great location and easily accessible to all things in the Rochester area. Cleaning job was poor, dust bunnies everywhere, towels were still damp. It's really a 1-1/2 bathroom house, the second bath is basically a closet with a toilet and shower. The common area was spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The own

Did a staycation
My daughter and I did a staycation before she becomes a big sister. She loved her time here and we enjoyed some great 1:1 time.

House was perfect for a group of friends. Large enough where you aren’t cramped.
Excellent location! Easy access. Reminded us of summers at Grandmas house. Would stay again for sure.

Location & accessible
Location is convenient to everything you would need/want. The option of the accessibility ramp was key in visiting with our mother who uses a walker. The property manager was available and so helpful. The ramp was placed, lights on for our evening arrival and a warm cozy home.
