Assez bon rapport qualité prix

Petit déjeuner classique et traditionnel mais la qualité des aliments pourrait être améliorée.

La forte odeur de parfum dans la chambre. Présence d'insectes et de toiles d'araignée dans la chambre et salle de bain.

Ottima posizione, pulito, prezzo onesto, consigliato!

Posizione ottima per poi raggiungere la fiera di Milano in meno di 10 minuti in macchina. Stanza in piccola palazzina, per 4 persone, con due bagni e una doccia comoda, molto pulito, spaziosa il giusto e curata, colazione self service abbondante in piccola ma graziosa saletta. Prezzi onesti. Comodo anche il parcheggio riservato sotto la palazzina.

Unica pecca: un eccesso più che un difetto, c'era troppo profumo nelle stanze e negli ambienti adiacenti, un po' fastidioso se hai un olfatto sensibile. Consiglierei solamente di ridurre i profumatori ambiente!

Ottima soluzione, sia per la posizione, sia per vari i servizi offerti!

La struttura si presente ben ubicata proprio di fronte alla fermata dell’autobus di Cornaredo. Ottimo se poi ci si vuole raggiungere la M1 (Molino Dorino) e proseguire poi per raggiungere i vari posti di Milano. Per convenienza (avevo una sola notte da trascorrere) ho optato per la soluzione con letto singolo. La camera non era molto grande, ma dotata di tutti i confort necessari. Avevo anche un bollitore, e tutti gli accessori necessari. Oltre la cassaforte, c’era anche tavola e ferro da stiro. Il bagno con i vari set cortesia ed anche le ciabattine da camera. Insomma decisamente molto accogliente, pulita e molto profumata ! La colazione poi, una delizia con prodotti freschi e tantissima scelta, tra bevande e cibo da mangiare. Il proprietario una persona squisita e molto molto disponibile. Tornerò sicuramente!

Sehr schöne Zimmer, super Frühstück. Wir waren für eine Nacht, dies war perfekt!!!

Super Übernachtung. Wir waren für eine Nacht. Zimmer und Frühstücksraum ist mit Liebe dekoriert. Frühstück war hervorragend, mit Aussicht über die Stadt.

Sehr sauber, jeden Tag gereinigt! Ein sehr gutes Restaurant 20 Meter entfernt, super Preise und sehr freundlich!

Ein bisschen zu viele Duftflaschen, ich mag den Geruch überhaupt nicht!

Description very inaccurate

Apartment was lovely and well presented

Unfortunately the description of the place is very inaccurate. It’s not a bed and breakfast that offers an international or continental breakfast. There is a coffee macchine and just afew packets of things to eat. The owner did leave some juice and water in the fridge which was nice but No fresh croissants like a previous guest had written. There are no coffee shops or anything on site. The owner was pleasant but knew nothing about the mini golf and other activities that were written on the property description. I purposely booked this apartment as my mother was staying alone with two children as we went to a concert and it would have given her something to do with them. The apartment was nice but personally I thought it was quite expensive for €160 seen as there were not the things promised on the description.

Everything about Illuvia exceeded our expectations.The on-site parking was also a bonus. Guisseppe was a first class host. On a personal note, I left my glasses behind, and Guisseppe has arranged for them to be shipped back to the UK.

There was absolutely nothing that we disliked.

Exceptionally friendly host. He didn't speak English, but was so exceptionally well using Google translate that we didn't feel the language barrier at all.

Although both rooms were advertised as having an air conditioner, one of the rooms didn't have a real one. Instead, it had a cooled floor and the mobile conditioner, which wasn't powerful enough for +35 ºC. The breakfast didn't offer enough healthy or vegetarian food choice. A lot of packed (with preservatives) and sweet stuff.

Great and comfortable accommodation for a stopover!

This accommodation is perfect for a stopover! It has parking right in front of the entrance, is equipped with lots of extras like snacks, water, etc., is spotless, and has AC. The host was super kind.

There isn't much to do or see in the village itself. We had difficulties finding something to eat other than Pizza.

We did not like the fact that all rooms are sharing a wall with the common kitchen and entrance. Walls are very thin therefore the calm depends on your neighboors...

the host, Giuseppe, was great and kind helping at all matters, room was super clean and comfortable, breakfast was great. only thing is a location not really convenient far from metro line, but the host gives drop off service from hit to nearest metro station

Perfect place

Perfect place, the host left a lot of breakfast meals, snacks, coffee, soft drinks. Two A/C in the apartment. The apartment was cleaned every week for free. Reserved parking place next to door. Very nice apartment!

The host speaks only Italian.

Very cozy rooms, Excellent position and Italian Breakfast!

Once arrived, I met the owner, a very nice and welcoming person, I had reserved parking lot in their property and the room was very clean, well furnished and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is very typical Italian, there is also cappuccino, espresso, croissants, everything really, including juices. We were so happy to spend the night there, fantastic!
