The hotel is right in the middle of Chandlers Business and Entertainment District. As a Hilton the facilities were very nice with firm mattresses, excellent shower and a nice pool.
First off, this place is expensive. OK, I knew that, agreed to it and wasnt shocked by that in and of itself. But on check in we were told they had staff issues so housekeeping would be by request only. OK, that's no problem. I'm easy to get on with and dont need much. But the shock came the first morning when I went down for breakfast. I went in to the Breakfast Room and was told, "Sorry, we're short staffed and don't have any eggs today." OK So I went over to where the bread and bagels were. Nome of the bagels were cut or split and no knives were provided to be able to split them and get them into the toaster, Id didnt matter anyway because the bagel was the hardest crustiest, most stale piece of bread I ever tried to eat. It pretty aweful. So this isnt very good even for a "Free - Included Breakfast" but them they charged me $15 for this crap. Really Hilton? You should be ashamed.
That's why I titled this review WORST BREAKFAST IN AMERICA - Supertramp should write a song about it.
I'll never stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location. Lots of cute stores and restaurants
Rust in bathroom. Older hotel. There is a large parking garage that is behind this property. The cars kept me up half the night because young kids decided to rev their engine as loud as they could. They would drive up and down the parking garage making their car as loud as possible. It was super annoying. I would stay at this location again but my room better not face the parking garage.

I thought the room was nice and clean.
The nightlife was incredibly loud past midnight. I couldn’t fall asleep with the loud live music and blasting music. There was also lots of loud teen kids on our floor that were up at odd hours like 3 am.

Check-in was 3:00pm-12:00am. I arrived at the hotel at 11:45 to check-in. All the doors were locked! I rang the bell, but, no one answered. I could see the man at the desk. He did not acknowledge me. I waited in the cold until two guests exited the entrance so I could get in. Nice greeting after a long day of driving!

Location was great. We didn’t have breakfast but did have a couple drinks in the bar. Nick was the bartender.
He made special cocktails for me and they were very good.
Zoe was at the front desk when we arrived and again when we left. She was so friendly and helpful.
Aside from 2 coffee cups there were not any other glasses, even though we had an ice bucket.
Zoe offered to send some up but we said we’d come down.

Very convenient downtown Chandler. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Very nice staff
There is a terrible smell in the hallways. Not sure what it was. I alerted the staff. They said the smell was coming from outside.

Location was great and bed was comfortable. Room was very clean.
Like many places short staffed so you had to specifically request maid service. Staff was uneven

It was very loud at night and hard to sleep

It is a nice facility and fantastic staff at all levels.
Incredibly loud area. The room next to me got into a domestic violence situation that I had to call about in the late hours of the night and it sounds like police got involved. Definitely not worth the cost. Even if the beds are comfortable, you're not sleeping.

I didn't like anything
I did not realize my room was adjacent to a party town. No matter how much you try to sleep there was loud bar music. I also expected my room to be clean daily and didn't realize I had to ask for housekeeping. I called daily for towels and no response i had to walk downstairs. Also front desk lady had her legs elevated kept touching her ankles, when I asked her for help she said "okay I was gonna go to the bathroom but I guess that could wait"

Lots of restaurants and breweries
Had to pay for parking .

Some lights in the room didn’t work and staff couldn’t fix them. The bathroom had rust stains, flaking paint and grime stuck to the ceiling vent. The loud music from the club behind the hotel kept me awake until past 1 am.
