Great location, comfortable and good value.

Good location to public beach access. Excellent wi-fi. Well located relative to restaurants in the area.

No fault of the site but weather made it difficult to be in the water secondary to red flag postings, It would have been nice to have a pool as an alternative.

Close to beach, decent view of the ocean . Nice distance from shopping and restaurants

Can't open a window in the place. Can't open doors because no screens and lots of birds. Portable air unit noisy and constantly cut on and off.

Absolutely adorable little Suite! Very roomy and the location was amazing as well! Would absolutely stay here again.

Exceptional

East of the Sun apartment with deck is so fabulous! My fiance and I stayed for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the space. Huge windows in the living room give you amazing ocean views. It is completely furnished with everything you need including fun toys for the beach :-) We enjoyed sitting on the back deck, which also has a beach view. The hostess was very accommodating, and quick to reply with any of our questions. WiFi is easy to access and Smart TV, loaded with good streaming channels, was a perk!

Leaking roof , hole in door, broken toilet and run down in general. No property manager to contact at all.

My guest contact, Melissa, was great and kept us up to date on stuff I needed to know and answered a couple questions almost immediately when I had one. Lot is nice, great view and very convenient to the ocean.

Everything about the actual home. The place is extremely outdated and ran down. The front door has a hole in the bottom of it probably 12" across and the doorknob was probably from 1990. Wasn't as concerned about the appearance nearly as much as the safety of my wife and I and our belongings. Ceiling started leaking rain water onto couch the morning we left, kitchen appliances are rusty and outdated, no dishwasher (didn't enjoy washing dishes by hand for 45 mins the last night), bathroom is old with a rusty faucet, toilet has to be 20+ years old (does have a $10.00 newer seat lol), shower drain is rusty, the laminate flooring has gaps in it ( poor labor job), bed mattresses are awful, nasty steps carpet, crown molding on ceiling is missing pieces, deck furniture is rusty, and deck needs to be treated. NO WAY would I ever think about staying there again under its current condition. I wouldn't pay the cheap, careless owner 5 bucks a night for that place!!!!
