Every thing was clean kids enjoyed the pool close to shopping and the weekiewachee river super pleased with the whole trip:)

This was a wonderful home to stay in. The property owner was quick to respond and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

The house was great and so was the pool. Only a couple of things, clothes dryer vent needs to be cleaned or it needs to be repaired. It should not take 4 hours to dry a load of clothes. I also think that they should leave it a little better stocked. 1 kitchen garage bag is not enough. But we bought some. We did enjoy our stay.

Home one of the best in neighborhood. Very clean and well furnished. Experienced a few minor maintenance issues, most serious was vertical blinds being inoperative in living and bedroom. Local manager did address a different issue right away so I assume all will be taken care of quickly. Pool was well maintained and great. Quiet neighborhood and close to shopping and restaurants. Will consider returning.

Just wanted to say that this property was very nice. The house had all amenities that made it feel like home away from home..I would highly recommend..

House was overall clean and well kept. We were disappointed not having heat for the pool but we do understand equipment failure and appreciated knowing about that in advance. King bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

It was a perfect stay. My concern for the host is their are several lights out including the entryway. The pool was beautiful but the screen door is broken allowing some small little visitors. The gutters are clogged making water leak through the top of the Lanai causing pools of black stains. The biggest concern was the gas grill. We replaced the propane because it appeared previous guests were using it as a charcoal grill as evidenced by the condition of the grill and the presence of lighter fluid. Of my concern is his property could literally burn down. The stay was great and the home beautiful

Good looking house when we pulled up. Nice clean house on the inside looked nicer than pictures . Pool was grate. Nice and clean. The house had all you needed for our stay. Quiet neighborhood. Good neighbors. Would stay there again. Thanks for the use of your home!

We enjoyed our stay very much and can not wait to return! It was so nice to have the pool to use while we were there. With 4 children, it is hard to find somewhere we can all fit comfortably but we had no problem here! We can't wait to book another stay!

A great little property in a quiet neighborhood with privacy. It was great to only be 10 minutes away from any stores and restaurants.

It was nice and clean. Easy to get into. Pool was a little dirty but cleaned during my stay. Several light bulbs burned out. Some tv’s did not work. Beds not very comfortable need new mattresses. I enjoyed my stay anyway.

This property was very beautiful in a good neighborhood all in all it was a awesome stay and would definitely recommend we would stay again if in this part of Florida

We had an amazing stay at this rental. The property and location are beautiful and very well maintained. Property is close to shopping, beaches and other attractions for all ages. Will definitely re-book this property in the future.

Nice pool, wi-fi, lots of cable channels to choose from. All the amenities of home. I preferred my 14" foam memory mattress over the one in this house. Very quiet neighborhood. Overall, it was a great stay.

Pretty house horrible cleaning done by property management. The house itself is a good size and In a decent location. When I first arrived to the home the first thing I noticed was how many black smudge there were all over the walls and door jams, The floors look like they had been swept and mopped. Beds were made and at first glance looked decent . When I had to use the restroom I instantly noticed The toilet seat looked dirtythere was no toilet paper there was about two sheets left from the previous tenants I’m assuming and it was a very rough brown toilet paper some thing I personally do not use. I looked in every cabinet and space for extra toilet paper and there was none. After wiping with the brown rough paper, I then went to wash my hands and instantly noticed there was absolutely no hand soap, Which during a time where the world is in a pandemic you would think antibacterial soap and sanitizer would be available when you enter a property. Then I went to the kitchen and it was fully stocked with glasses pots pans anything that you need which was a plus so after using a dish I wanted to wash it and again there was no dish soap or cleaning supplies. I am definitely not one to leave a mess and I like everything clean. The house is equipped with a full washer and dryer which again is a plus , there is a sign on the dryer that says “please wash towels and dry after use” so I went to do that and again not even a small tiny bottle of laundry soap. So of course I went out and bought antibacterial wipes soap toilet paper trash bags laundry soap dish soap sponge , all the essentials that in my experience should have been provided by the property management. The last thing that I had a huge issue with was the grill there is a grill right outback on the deck which I assumed was ready ready for use I opened it up and it was so disgustingly dirty if someone actually used it I’m scared it would cause a grease fire . I contacted the owner regarding the issues he is very nice and said he would contact the property manager he lives overseas. Overall great house just very poorly cleaned and sanitized to my standards.

It was alright, had issues with internet I had spectrum come to the property to fix. Neighbors took pictures of our cars to complain to owner, when we are 5 adults and we all have our own cars.I didn’t know we couldn’t have our cars parked there. Overall it was an alright place.

My family and I had a great time. The pool was a bit cold. But, we enjoyed having a clean environment and felt very peaceful.

I stayed for a week April 4th-10th of 2021. Check in was very easy. The home is clean and comfortable. It has everything you would need to run a household. The stay was nice, relaxing and the kids enjoyed the pool.

The picture of the exterior does the property justice as do the photos of the inside. The layout is great. The entrance opens to a large family room with the King Suite to the left and the dining room and kitchen on the right. Also to the right and back of the house are the other two bedrooms and bathroom. A laundry room is off the kitchen. The door to the patio and pool is off the family room. The kitchen is adequately stocked for basic cooking and eating in. There is a very large dining room table if you find the bistro set in the kitchen too small. The pool was great on the days we were able to use it and lawn chairs for relaxing in the pool area. I would highly recommend this property.

Property was nice, carpet could use some cleaning or replaced. There where some really bad stains in the two larger bedrooms. Vacuum didn’t work. Vents could use cleaning there was dust hanging out in vents Over beds. Need new linens very thin and cheap. Had all the utensils needed to cook a meal which was good. Had to purchase gas for grill. All in all had a great time with friends

We stayed a week to go bicycling. Our friend drove our car with our bikes. We flew. We rode every day great rail trails. -165 miles in 5 days. Toured up to st petersburg, tampa , Tarpon springs all within an hour or so! To cold to use the beautiful pool. Very comfortable and relaxing. Would recommend and we may cone next year..

Nice neighborhood and the house had plenty of room, adequate kitchen setup for cooking and small get together. Great location for shopping, eating out and exploring surrounding areas.

We had a great time in Spring Hill. The property was clean and spacious. We used the kitchen and were able to do our laundry which was a bonus. The pool area is also great. We were close to stores and restaurants and went to Clearwater Beach a couple days which is about an hour away. The owner David was very responsive. I recommend staying if you’re in the area. We can’t wait to go back!
