The villa sits in a pretty gardens with high walled surround . On the ground floor is the main living accommodation with bright and airy living & dining space, modern kitchen with poolside conservatory, A Guest toilet and utility room, plus a Ground floor Twin bedroom with Private Bathroom and Air con. On the first floor are 3 more bedrooms all with private bathrooms and Air con. (Bedroom 2 and 4 have a small balcony / Terrace) On the Top floor is a large private roof top solarium with sea views . The villa has full air conditioning to each bedroom and living area, TV with UK satellite (BBC 1 ,BBc2,ITV channel 4,5 etc) & Spainh channels , Fast speed Fiber WIFI. Outside are pretty established gardens, private swimming pool, 6 sunbeds , shaded dining area with table and chairs , charcoal BBQ , drinks fridge to keep the beers cool, additional outside toilet room.(The villa as 6 Toilets in Total), Private shaded Parking for one car , A Comfortable villa in a popular beach side location ideal for a family vacation.

The villa is located on Calle Baliza and is less than 5 minutes walk to Cala Capitan beach.
