Generally, this property was all you need for a great beach vacation. A couple things were missing, like plastic/non-breakable drinking glasses. Also, most of the dishes in the cabinets and drawers were very dirty when we got there, so we had to spend time scrubbing the dishes and rewashing them, which was disappointing. I know accidents happen though. I would rebook this property.

Loved that we were walking distance to Flor/Bama bar since we went every night but we were also close enough to catch Uber to places to eat. We had a great time.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon! It is such a perfect location being able to walk to Flora-Bama is amazing! The condo does have a blow dryer attached to the wall. There is also an air fill station for inflatables which is super convenient. I highly recommend staying here if you want a two person getaway. If you have a small infant, it could be feasible as well if you have the required furniture you need packed with you! The property is very clean and wonderful!

I came to Orange Beach to spend the week with my daughter. This was her first time to stay at the Phoenix. I came when I was younger with my Mom. 1402 was perfect, clean and the view was amazing! I would definitely book this condo again!

had a great time. check in was easy. everything was perfect. wish weather would have been a little better. the best was it was next door to the flora bama so we could walk over and listen to music whenever we wanted. overall a great stay.

This property is an ideal location , walking distance to Flora-Bama , Waffle House , and yacht club . Short ramp to walk to beach and nice pool and amenities . Highly recommend this unit and I’ll be back soon !!

We enjoyed a great week at this condo. I love the decorations and all the amenities. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The location could not be more perfect. It’s right next to the Flora-Bama Yacht Club which was our favorite place to eat in all of Orange Beach. You can also rent jet skis there. There is a great chair rental service on the beach that also offers parasailing. Everything you need is right there.

The 14th-floor room was perfect for the two of us, and the view was amazing! My only complaint, and what lowers the numbers in my review, was that when we arrived, the room reeked of what I think was cooked fish. There is no way the cleaners would not have noticed. It dissipated eventually, but it took 48 hours to completely disappear. Otherwise, the room was lovely and comfortable.

A cute place that fit our needs. Just a word of caution if you are allergic to feathers, the throw pillows are filled with feathers. I hope at some point they will get replaced. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

This condo was perfect for a 3 week vacation right after I retired. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! We loved the big bedroom and the lovely kitchen. The colors used in the decor were beautiful. I found that we often sat on the stools at the kitchen counter. We used the large heated indoor swimming pool and the three hot tubs. Access to the beach was easy. Good food and entertainment were close by with Florabama and the Ole River Grill.

This property was very nice and convenient to everything we needed. It was very close to the beach. September was the absolute best time to be there, not as crowded. Not one time did we have to wait on an elevator and we were on the 14th floor. Weather and temperature was perfect. We would definitely recommend this property. Looking forward to our next visit . Everything was so easy to access (lots of great restaurants and entertainment just steps away) and couldn’t ask for a quicker walk right out onto the beach! Everything was just perfect for a little beachfront getaway!

Excellent property.
The condo was accurately described. There is more paperwork at check in, as well as a parking fee for the stay duration. The staff was friendly. The rental property management staff was helpful prior to the stay. The only negative for us was the ice maker was broken and the ice/water dispenser didn’t work. We noticed the management company and we’re told to wait 24 hours. They did not seem to care. So we bought ice and water.

The rental unit is beautiful- the view outstanding! King bed is comfy, the balcony set up is great. Perfect for a couple to get away. However, the pullout is very uncomfortable- our son ended up just sleeping on the couch each night. We were disappointed with the traffic noise- probably because of busy spring break with lots of college students, but there were sirens and revving engines and motorcycles all day/night. Could hear it from balcony and at night when trying to sleep. Indoor pool and hot tubs were dirty, but it was a cold week and more guests than usual were using it. I would say this facility would be really great if it wasn't such a big college student draw. Come when spring breaks are over!
