Great views of Sugarloaf Sound from this ground-level midcentury-era home that offers expansive sound frontage perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding, plus a dock on the canal to the side for your small power boat. Light and bright, with lots of windows throughout. Scandinavian-inspired furnishings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and you have your choice of dining inside or on the screened porch outside. There is 1 queen bedroom (master) and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each, all with water views. Located at the end of a short, quiet street and boasting large front and back yards, this is the ideal spot for a serene waterfront getaway. The surrounding waters are great for boating, fishing, snorkeling, kayaking and paddleboarding. The neighborhood features excellent walking and bicycling paths, and there is a restaurant, tiki bar, convenience store and marina across the Overseas Highway from this quiet subdivision. Just 17 miles from Key West. Parking is limited, with room for 2 vehicles max.
This is a 28-day minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all overnight guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. Up to 2 pets permitted with manager's approval and payment of nonrefundable $250 fee per pet. There's a cap on electric ($300) and water/sewer ($150).
