Conveniently located to Hwy 401 to get in to Toronto or London. Close to express way for access throughout Waterloo and Kitchener/Cambridge. There is parking at the property.

A 5 minute walk to Go bus terminal for trips in to Toronto. On Go route 25 - Waterloo to Toronto. We recommend having a car but it is possible to function from this location with public transportation and walking to nearby amenities.
We bought our home because we need to easily access Toronto, airports (YYZ, YKF, or YHM and the west side (Guelph, Mississauga) and the tech community in Waterloo.
The house gives you access to two full bath rooms upstairs and a half bath (toilet & sink) on the main level.
2 bedrooms, a washer and dryer are upstairs. One bathroom with a private en-suite bath, the other with access to a bathroom in the main upstairs hall. Please let us know if you would like us to provide toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash).
There is also a 2nd storey office. The office has a desk and dual monitors with a USB C and Microsoft Surface connection.
The main level has an open concept with a family room, kitchen, and dining room. There is also access to the back patio and covered deck.
This is a full detached house. Included are:
a large kitchen with a broader selection of items for cooking than normal for a Vrbo rental,
65" TV with Xbox Series X and game pass, various streaming services,
A/C throughout house and ceiling fans in bedrooms,
Office with dual monitors and an HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 (you would need to provide ink updates if you use up the ink).
Golf and river photos are nearby, walkable but not on site

Very nice, courteous, and communicative hosts. Easy to enter property, instructions are straightforward, includes all amenities necessary for any kind of trip. Very nice to hang out on the couch with the kitchen right there and even outside with the grill and patio setup the owners have. Would highly recommend
