About this villa rental
"Villa Marini" is located in Marina Serra (Tricase) a quiet town a few km from Santa Maria di Leuca and its sanctuary, a town immersed in one of the most evocative and uncontaminated Apulian landscapes: the high and steep coast between Otranto and Capo di Leuca, an area protected by the Regional Park.
The villa is in a peripheral position with respect to the small town of Marina Serra therefore in the absence of vehicular transit and directly overlooks the sea, reachable with easy access beyond the road in front of the villa plus a beautiful natural swimming pool also accessible for children at 150 m recently the subject of an article on Vanity Fair for its beauty.
The villa is suitable for various types of tourists, couples, families, groups with the possibility of adapting to all needs. We provide linen on request (sheets and bathroom towel kit).
We have three independent apartments for a total of 9 bedrooms 6 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite. Kitchens and bathrooms for exclusive use for each apartment. Large open spaces pertaining to the individual apartments.
One of these has a swimming poll (above ground but at the level of the terrace), terrace, solarium, BBQ and a patio. The apartment at the groung floor has a huge shaded veranda (4x9m), while the other apt at the first floor has a pamoramic terrace as well shaded.
Rooms can accommodate 3/4 people, and thera are some sofa beds in the living areas. We also provide a cot for the little ones free of charge.
Shaded internal private parking with 6 parking spaces
The spaces of the villa can be used flexibly according to the needs and requests of Misters. travelers. Our villa is in fact suitable for families, large groups and even couples.
We therefore have the possibility to host more families and large groups on more apartments with large spaces such as the large veranda facing the sea on the ground floor with pergola or the panoramic terrace on the first floor.

Large outdoor spaces, garden with children's games, common washing machine a double seat canoa available for guests.
Numerous associations in the area organize excursions, trekking, boat trips etc.
