Beautiful large house! Great views and close to the beach. Only a 5 minute drive. Plenty of room for all your guests. Lots of private spaces.
The kitchen is great. Lots of space to cook and a good amount of utensils and cookware. The knives are dull so bring your own. They’re older and worn but they work. The oven is tricky to use but we got the hang of it. Replace the blender as it does not chop anymore, it only mixes, kind of. Tongs are needed for the grill and kitchen. Dish soap and hand soap for the kitchen and pump hand soap for the bathrooms would be useful. Also some kind of cleaner to wipe down counters is needed. There was a bottle of some kind of disinfectant but it was only about 3 ounces or less and we ran out after the first day.
Some of the bar stools were so loose they were dangerous so we moved them out of the way after the first person fell off. The sofa had a large tear in the chase section that needs to be repaired.
They had a landscaper come out two days in a row for our 4 day stay which was kind of annoying. I don’t want to be awakened at 9am or hear loud landscaping while I’m on vacation.
I’d also recommend a larger trash can as ours was filled but the rental instructions have you empty all the garbage before you leave.
The fire pit is awesome! The unit above the garage is a great space. The carriage house is great too but a little musty smelling. The hot tub wouldn’t heat over 82 degrees.
We had a great time here and would stay again.

We are so happy with our stay! It had ample room for all of us to spread out and had all the amenities we could have hoped for. Looking forward to staying again!

Everything was great amazing location

We had a group of 8 adults that love saunas and enjoy good food, beach walking and adventure.
It was great. Its worn, as you might expect. The tub on the main floor was slow draining. Some kitchen tools need replacing and the old picnic bench outside needs to be taken away.
But saying that, we do hope to return as the house covered all our needs. Lots of towels and space to move around. Gorgeous private location!

Great location, nice home for a large family. Great appliances, great view, etc. All of the furniture was pretty beat up, and a lot of wear and tear on the property in general.

Overall a great property and house. Lots of room for our group with great amenities.

The house was great. Hot Tub was nice. Very quiet and private location. Communication with host was good. However, we would not consider this a 6 bedroom location. The 6th "bedroom" is a shed by the Hot tub away from the main house with a bed and no bathroom. We specifically chose this house because we were going with 6 couples and this was a very unpleasant surprise.

Oregon Coast getaway
Property was very nice. It has a huge field that would be nice for kids to play on but it had not been mowed this year yet (July) so grass was 12-18" tall. Swing set was rusty so hands and clothes had rust spots. Chairs by firepit were rusty so you could not sit in them. Oven was not standard (European) so would have been helpful if there had been instructions on how to use. Trash can was overflowing when we got there on Saturday and did not get picked up until Tuesday. If you have 16 people staying there, would be helpful to have 2-3 trash cans. Overall, the place is very nice, and very spacious and would be a great place if they would do some maintenence.

Large property with a view
Booked this property for a birthday getaway and was not disappointed. There’s plenty of space that allows for privacy with the main room having an open layout for entertainment. Great view of the coast, however there is no close access to the beach.
