5 sizeable bedrooms occupy the ground and lower floors with either a king-sized bed or integrated twin beds, each with a large bath and rainfall shower. Tinted glass panel doors provide views towards the pool and the sea in 3 of the ground floor bedrooms.
One ground floor bedroom and the lower floor bedroom are suitable for families, there is plenty of bedroom and casual living space to ensure everyone is accommodated.
The decadently spacious master suite is situated on the first floor with sweeping views of the grounds and out to sea. A modern bathroom with high quality, finishes, fixtures, and fittings as well as a walk-in wardrobe feature in this exquisite light space.
On the ground floor, a large family, casual dining and kitchen space provides the focus of the house. A beautifully appointed kitchen with sleek cabinetry, solid wood bench tops and stainless steel Siemens, chef-quality finishes and appliances.
The spacious kitchen area spills out to the terrace and gardens, the surrounding landscaping is an intrinsic part of the overall design. The outdoor area provides a relaxed and stylish space for entertaining family and friends with a large BBQ, bar and solid wood contemporary table.
The swimming pools are an elemental part of the home's design with water cascading down from the upper pool to the lower pool. There are plenty of sunbeds and parasols to ensure your stay is relaxing.
On the lower level you will also find an INDOOR HEATED pool, a sauna and a gymnasium.
This bright, open home is the picture of modern living. Strategically designed up-lighting brings the rooms to life with not a naked light bulb in sight, in addition to this, LED blue down lights recessed into the ceiling add ambience in the evening across the ground and first floor rooms. The residence features state-of-the-art security systems, individually zoned air-conditioning and floor heating takes off the cool edge in winter.
