Gather your family together at the 5-Star rated Saw Creek Estates. Enjoy the quiet in a cozy, but modern chalet. The house backs up to the woods and there are neighbors only on one side. Privacy!!!! The open concept kitchen, dining, and living spaces are great for gathering your group. There is a beautiful screened porch facing the woods with a large picnic style table. The front deck is large and a fine place to gather in the warmer months. You'll appreciate the hardwood floors and contemporary finishes. There are two full bathrooms, a total of 5 queen beds, three bedrooms upstairs, one on the main floor.

The basement game room will provide hours of activities for all, there's ping-pong, air-hockey, a foosball table, darts, games, and more!

Saw Creek has much to offer-- Private ski slope, 4 outdoor and 2 indoor pools, a fun restaurant, beaches, boats, kayaks, canoes, INDOOR TENNIS!!!, a full-service gym with REAL gym equipment, and racquetball courts, and much more! There's so much to do, you won't have to leave the community, but should you choose to do so, you'll be centrally located in the natural beauty of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area-- world renowned for year-round outdoor activities. Fishing, hiking, canoe trips, hunting, skiing, visiting beautiful waterfalls, all within minutes from the front door.

Linens and towels are provided, pets are allowed with pre-approval, groups under 25 years of age allowed but must also be pre-approved.

We had a great time visiting the Poconos. The house was exactly as pictured and the neighborhood was lovely. It would have been helpful to have a few more items like nightstands in the bedrooms or extra hand towels, a kitchen sponge, and extra paper towels as we ended up purchasing this stuff. The home owner was kind and responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

My wife wanted to get away for a short Mother’s Day weekend with our kids. The first few days the weather didn’t cooperate. Our kids took full advantage of the game room. Once the weather broke we were able to enjoy bushkill falls, and everything else the outdoors had to offer. Then home served our needs perfectly.

We spent a weekend in Feb 2022 as a family getaway. The process of getting in the property was difficult. The code was not working. The door was not unlocking. We struggled with the lock for at least 20 mins in the cold. Contacted the owner and he said to pull and wiggle the lock. It worked. The inside of the proper was super cute and the house was nice and warm. The house it’s self was perfect. Enough room for all 10 of us. You get what you see in the pictures. It’s a nice house. Here goes the down side of the house. It was super weird that the rooms didn’t have drawers or hangers or hooks to sort your clothes. It had no nightstands. It is literally a room with a bed and that is it. We had to put all of our stuff on the floor and live off our suitcases. that was a bit uncomfortable. Also the 2nd floor shower leaked through the kitchen area ceiling. They said maybe the shower door wasn’t closed all the way. It’s only happened once while we were there. Lastly, the furnace/fireplace never worked. Owner said it was probably missing propane and they would not be able to deliver during our stay. With all that being said we still had a great time. The owner was very apologetic and he did refund us some of our payment for our troubles.

Great spot for family weekend getaway

We stayed here for the weekend and found it to be a perfect little spot for a few days.. The house was very clean and the basement game room gave us room to spread out. Our kids spent the afternoon at Shawnee Mountain which was just a 10 minute drive. The TOW pool was closed for renovations but the kids enjoyed the Mill Pond indoor pool and playgrounds located within the gated community. Definitely a great place to stay!

Tom was very easy to communicate with. The house was very clean and roomy. A excellent location close to the top of the world restaurant which has sking and sledding on sat and sun from 10am to 4pm. Sking is around 70per person which included rental. A indoor pool is at the top of the world as well as a indoor pool at the bottom area as well. Restaurant had good food and family atmosphere. Thanks for a great long weekend with family. Robert

This was the first time my family has been ver been away from home on the holidays. The listing said towels were included. We each had one towel, one hand towel for each bathroom, no wash clothes or dish towels. The seating in the living room was terrible. The couch desperately needs replacing and there needs to be enough seating for the 10 people that the house sleeps and there wasn’t. The basement which was the biggest selling point for me wasn’t heated. I told the owner and he had his handy man come and look and he said the thermostat was broken and left. Not a word again from the owner of handyman. The second tv was in the basement and it was too cold to sit down there and watch it. My family had four nights with not enough seating in the living room and the game room being too cold to enjoy. Also there weren’t any tables/ night stands in the bedrooms. There was literally just a bed in each room. Nothing to put a few personal items on like glasses or a phone. The owner gave me a small refund for the basement being too cold but should have done better when it didn’t get fixed. I wouldn’t recommend this house unless the items listed above are addressed.

We had a great weekend. The amenities were excellent. The community had a Halloween gathering which we attended and the kids had a blast. Very well done. The pool was enjoyed by all and the house was equipped with a large game room which kept us occupied during the rainy times.

We had a really nice time but to no fault of the house or Saw Creek, it rained most of the time. Out of our 5 days only the last day was sunny with no rain . The pools are great, the area is extremely well kept and the staff are super friendly. I called a little upset because it was the 1st day with no rain and the pool was closed for their regularly scheduled maintenance and you know what they did ? They opened the pool for everyone. That is so important these days to find a place & people that would care enough to do that. Very impressed. Living my 64 years in brooklyn where it could be a little tuff at times it really was a pleasure.

This was a great vacation home with plenty for the kids to do. We saw deer close up behind the house several times over the week, and apparently a trio of baby bears early one morning (before I was awake). The community facilities were great. We definitely recommend the Top of the World Restaurant! Tom (the owner) was wonderful to work with. He was very helpful and understanding with requests I had, and always replied promptly.

This cute house is perfect for a trip to Bushkill Falls. In a gated community with access to pools, restaurant, water sports, etc. you are about 10 minutes to the falls. Equipped with all you need. Easy communication with owner!

The home is beautiful and comfortable! The area is so peaceful! Our family enjoyed our getaway! The amenities were pretty awesome! Our family enjoyed the pools, playground, and the lake! We basically had the beach to ourselves and my granddaughters loved every minute of it. Thomas was responsive and accommodating and a very good host! Recommend this home for a peaceful getaway!

This home was perfect for our party of 8. Lots of room for the kids to play. Game room was a big hit. Put the grill into good use everyday. Close distance to the kiddie pool. Minutes away from the falls. Host (Tom) was accommodating and very responsive to all our questions & needs. I would stay here again.

Basic needs met. Game room was utilized a lot. Property has really nice amenities, as the pools were nice and clean and had really nice views around them, had basketball, tennis, playgrounds, baseball fields, and ponds for fishing. Remember to bring your own pool towels, hand towels, and kitchen towels.

Our family really enjoyed time away from the busyness of our normal lives, loved the surrounding woods, the chalet is in a gated community, and the community is in the woods with amenities like pools, gym, and tennis courts. The chalet was a great place to unwind, it was clean, and well supplied. I would definitely stay here again! Attractions are about 15 minutes from the house.

Pictures are exactly what you get. It’s a beautiful place. The play room was everything a family needed. The kids & adults loved it 🤩. The only thing I recommend is a little brochure giving a list of where to find the garage cans (exact location/address) & to locate the grocery stores or food areas. Not only is it super helpful but I think it will be amazing to add to your home 🏡. I will definitely stay at this location/home again. Also the host was super helpful. You can definitely count on him every minute of the day if needed. There’s nothing bad to say about this home. Mostly anything you needed was right there..

Had an amazing weekend at this property. Very accurately described. The house is actually a little roomier than it appears in the pictures which was great! The game room has it all pool, air hockey, foosball, ping pong, and darts ! And ample room to move around. We spend hours playing and having fun in the game room ! Beds were very comfy and everything was very clean. If i had to find something to complain about it would be that there was no outdoor patio furniture to sit outside but there is a small roofed patio in the back which was just fine. Overall we had an amazing weekend and can’t wait to come back !
