its spacious and fits 4-5 ppl easily
its old, bathroom shower didn’t work, entrance is from a back alley, smelly entrance next to large dustbins from the restaurant below, the man who gave us the key was horrible and rude.

Brilliant staff, and a traditional German feel to the house.
Exactly what I wanted.
2.0
convenient location.
really noisy at night from other guests in the building, very difficult to sleep, even with ear plugs.

I liked the location to the University (WHU), and the host was friendly when he gave me the keys.
The entrance to the apartment looks a bit shady, especially at night, maybe better illumination in the main entrance could improve this.

It was as expected... Good restaurant nearby
Nothing

Loved the location and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The views across the Rhein are amazing.
It has minimal cutlery and dishes . The bathroom is old fashioned but everthing worked.
We liked everything but wont be able to use it again as dogs are no longer allowed.
Which is a shame as we have visited 3 times
And enjoyed ourselves.

Spacious apartments in a good location
Showers were dreadful - either scalding water or freezing! None of us got a shower.
2.5
The beds were oke, there was a bathroom and shower (in the bath), there was a stove and a fridge, there was a tv, and wifi, and a bank and chairs , and a kitchentable. Everything was clean.
There were enough supermarkets and a bakery and a grillroom nearby, and the vieuw over the Rine was beautiful.
It was also very nice that bus 8 had stops nearby (ca 350m), that brings you in 20 minutes to Koblenz city centre. And it goes frequently (every half hour). Thanks to the owner, who informed us!
The owner has a nice restaurant directly under the appartment. We didn't eat there, but it looked nice.
The owner came only to open the door, and left directly, he didn't give us any instrution. We had to go downstairs to ask the wifi code and other questions. When we left, and wanted to hand him over the keys, he didn't open his door, and we had to call him by phone. That was a little minus.
It was also not nice, that there were only a few things to cook: 2 big pans and few kitchentools. No suger, salt, oil etc, not even leftovers of other guests.
The interior of the appartment didn't resemble the pictures on the website, it looked more old-fashioned, except for the two bedrooms, they had two new beds in it. And we had no balcony.
bathroom was quite small, but ok, you have to shower by standing in the bath, and the toiletsitting was loose.
Beware of the trainrails directly behind the windows of this appartment on the one side!! The goodwagons go frequently in the night, and you cannot have the windows open at that side, while it is very noisy.

Great location, nice restaurant downstairs , lots of space. we stayed here for the last night of a bike trip and really enjoyed waking up to the lovely view. owner is very, very friendly and helpful and it’s great value for the price.
shower was a bit pathetic and the garbage bins from the restaurant were a bit smelly, but it was very hot and we had to keep all the windows open, so you’d normally not notice.

We picked the keys up from the restaurant beneath the accommodation. The view of the river Rhine from the lounge and second bedroom was stunning, we watched the sunsets each evening. Spacious.
It appeared as though we were not expected, the bed was not made up there was not so much as a bottle of milk left for us, in fact both the fridge and freezer were turned off. We tried to tell the staff downstairs who had very little English but said it was nothing to do with them, we were so tired after a long days travel that we pushed the beds together and made them up ourselves. I would not class this as self catering as there was barely any crocks or pans etc and there was a blockage in the kitchen sink with a bucket under it. We did not even make a hot drink whilst here! The apartment had a feel of someone had moved out but had forgotten to come back and finish the removal. It was value for money but it cost us a lot more because we had to eat every meal out.

Great view of the Rhine. Very spacious apartment and really a great price for its immense size. Friendly host. Very near to supermarkets and the Rheinsteig.
Directly across a busy street: Surprisingly difficult to reach by foot. Some of the facilities are worn. WiFi was spotty. Careful: Wednesday is the restaurant's day off. Call ahead of arrival!

I didn't have breakfast from the hotel. The location is fine, except for it is too close to the train track. So it is sometimes too loud during the night due to the passing train.
The toilet flush was not working. It would be nice to repair it.

Location is great
Nice view overlooking the Rhine
I believe it’s great property in a very good location.
A renovation would increase its value and would attract more customers at a higher price.

Vallendar Town was interesting with some lovely buildings.
There are supermarkets nearby.

We liked everything, kids enjoyed the trains and Rhyn view from above the restaurant. Large rooms, large beds, enough space for a family.
