Had a good night’s sleep. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Quiet.
The actual atrium is beyond bizarre and in dire need of a renovation. The whole hotel is tatty.
3.5
Very comfortable beds
Waffles for breakfast
Free Tesla charger
I could see light through door latch where it had been pried. Cement for stairs is dangerously falling apart.
Growth in the bathtub drain.
Flooring is slipping apart.

Very clean. Would stay again

I loved the water jets in the tub. Perfect thing after a long drive.
Just wished the breakfast bar was open.

Location and price, staff. Otherwise, it's a great place
The AC was not cooling the room completely
3.5
The hotel setting the atrium setting in the middle.
Not much of a breakfast.

The price was nice, and the staff in the office was very helpful and accommodating.
Can tell they are updating but not completely finished, door had a gap under could see the sunlight when closed, exhaust fan didn't work. Jacuzzi did not have water and one of two saunas didn't work.

Pool area was really good

Loved the atrium, what a wonderful oasis! Room was comfortable and clean.
Not a thing

I like the swimming pool and the area. I think it was a safety place to stay.
Honestly, I didn't like the breakfast was offered. I think it can be better.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was great! I liked having a mini kitchen too.
The place needed a lot of work. There is a lot of potential there if they really put the time and money into it. Our room had new flooring, but it was peel and stick. Which was no longer sticking, so it slid and exposed the concrete floor.

Relax atmosphere

Room was spacious, clean. Beds were comfortable.
The continental breakfast was limited. Not enough milk for cereals nor orange juice. Coffee was old and cold, "burned coffee" Asked for help, but the attendance at that time was rude.

Not good

Ground floor.
Beds were so uncomfortable. Couldn't wait to leave. Jacuzzi was broken.

Clean room. Nice atrium/courtyard. Basic amenities provided.
Hot tub was out and this information was not provided prior to check in. That's the only reason we chose this hotel. In addition, and much more serious, there was exposed wiring in two places -- a fire hazard, including one in the bathroom. The wires of the bathroom lights were covered in minerals from condensation, so clearly had been exposed for a long time.

There wasn't much for breakfast.
The ceiling fan didn't work. The in room coffee pot didn't work. The in room refrigerator sounds like it was on its last leg. We were told "The heater to the pool and hot tub is turned off due to people sneaking in." The breakfast is ok as long as you can eat waffles. I can't. I'm diabetic. The bed sheets were clean but they had a stale smell.

I liked the atmosphere.
I have a service dog and was charged too much for her stay.

The check in gal was lovely and extremely helpful. The guy at breakfast was unnecessarily snarky.
Beds were rock hard. Sound from other guests was horrible. Heater did not work. Paper thin blankets when it was 40 degrees outside was extremely uncomfortable. We were freezing. Stairs were falling apart. Breakfast was sadly basic. We had to move rooms after okie screaming from a guest and endless door slamming terrified my children. The sink in the first room made terrifying sounds.
