The room and the location.

There was a coffee machine,it was very dirty.Didnt clean properly.Only one toilet roll for 4 people for 2 nights.No milk provided on arrival.Everything else was great. We had our room on top floor but no lift.we have to carry all our luggage.Along with the photos I have added a photo of coffee machine and the paper towel which we cleaned it.Very dirty.

A little disappointed

Spa /nice size beds/location/

Having to wash our plates ect in the hand basin of the little area usually situated in the bathroom but was in our hallway opposite the toilet and to refill our kettle to make coffee from the hand basin. Also our very poor range of knives and forks and 2 spoons put in a ice bucket in the carboard. Also being asked to remove all our bin rubbish and put them in the bins outside. When we booked our accommodation, we were asked which wine we preferred, letting them know we liked a sweet wine and on arriving a bottle of very dry wine had been nicely placed on the table, which we could not drink. Although not major problems it is these little touches that makes the stay more enjoyable and to know that they will go out of their way to make sure we have a pleasant stay.

Lovely accommodation close to everything very comfortable

The view is lovely,close to town, spa was beautiful,beds were very comfortable. Fire was cosy and did warm the unit up.

there is no kitchen sink which was very strange. we had bought a beautiful selection of local produce set up the cheese board didn’t have a bottle opener to open our wine and then had to wash everything up in the same sink we were using to wash our faces and clean our teeth 😬

A beautiful place to spend a romantic weekend.

Beautiful location and well equipped apartment. Easy to walk into town and lots to do and see. The hosts made a real effort to make the place luxurious and comfortable, we felt very spoiled.

A very clean modern unit with great spa on the balcony. Beautiful views overlooking the bush land and out to the ocean. Beds were very comfortable, and unit contained everything we needed. The location was great, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owner is very friendly and she put in little extras for us. We really enjoyed our stay.

The unit was furnished beautifully and the location was very convenient.

The cutlery, and some crockery were not clean and the spa had an evident grime ring around near the top edge from previous use and I had to clean it before using it which was disappointing.

Room is nicely furnished and cosy. Host prepared a bottle of wine to welcome us.

It is a one bedroom instead of two. The second bed is in the living room which is not expected and privacy isn’t great for that reason.

Superb

The room on arrival was very welcoming and clean. Comfortable beds, spa and plenty of room to relax. The Host was very easy to communicate with and nothing seemed to be problem for them to help make your stay a comfortable and great experience.

The room was part of another complex that was run by different management that didn't seem to bothered by our complaint, we had very noisy Neighbours 1 night, and if you are looking for total peace, relaxation and Tranquility this is not a good location as it is on the main rd of Montville so plenty of traffic noise.

Absolutely beautiful stay, location and views were gorgeous and room itself was so beautiful & cosy

Loved the ease of check-in with the door code. Location was beautiful, room was stunning and wine and chocolates on arrival where a beautiful touch.

Window shade popped open during the night letting morning light in. Spa bath was lovely and spacious, but jets probably needed a more thorough clean out as some dirt came out during use.

I was asked what sort of wine I would like , didn’t get anything even close , not even white , got red . the air con takes a long time to warm up ,spa bath is on a verandah , so way to cold to get in.
