"La Machotte" is a spacious 9-room cottage spanning 270 square meters across two levels that underwent a full renovation in 2016. It offers comfortable and tasteful furnishings throughout. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room equipped with satellite TV, a DVD player, and air conditioning, leading out to a terrace. The dining room features a dining table and also has air conditioning, with access to the terrace. There's a bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower, and a separate toilet. Another living/dining area includes a dining nook and a kitchen corner, also leading out to the terrace. Two additional bedrooms, each with a French bed, are located on this level. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, five ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There are two showers and three separate toilets on the ground floor.

The cottage offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. Air conditioning is available throughout, and there is a washing machine, dryer, iron, and children's high chair and baby cot for up to 2-year-olds. Guests can enjoy satellite TV and a DVD player in the living room. The fully-equipped open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, five ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Outdoor amenities include an 80-square-meter terrace with terrace furniture, an electric barbecue, and 10 deck chairs. Internet access is provided via WiFi and is complimentary. Please note that this is a non-smoking property with a smoke alarm installed.

The upper floor of "La Machotte" features an additional living room with satellite TV. There is a bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower, and a separate toilet. Another bedroom has two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), a shower, a separate toilet, and a double hand-basin. The third bedroom on this level has one bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). The fourth bedroom is a dressing room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a bath, and a separate toilet. The final bedroom has two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), a shower, and a separate toilet. The property can accommodate a maximum of 15 guests across its 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. However, when fewer guests are staying, not all bedrooms will be available for use. Electric heating is provided throughout the cottage. Please note that there are no internal connecting doors between the separated properties, and the accommodation is not accessible to those with reduced mobility.
