I love the history behind how this place came to be. It was great waking up to the sounds of nature. From the water in the valley to the birds in the trees.
Getting bit by mosquitoes. My arms were warmed at breakfast, not during the night.

Amazing view of the area, very peaceful and inspiring.
The host Jorge, first contacted me to pay half the money through a bank transfer, which (1) I could not do because it was to a Colombian bank and (2) I would not want to because there's no protection whatsoever. I was then offered to pay through Paypal, which would cost an additional 10% due to conversion rates and charges. I refused to pay a peso extra, and we eventually agreed to pay the total amount in cash upon arrival.
When arriving, the lady Marcelli brought us to our tent. We got the family tent with three beds instead of the advertised place with one bed and some fauteuils. Okay, not a big deal, but what was weird is that immediately after showing us the place, we were informed that tips are voluntary. Tips for what?
The breakfast was okay; unfortunately, the coffee already had milk in it, so I couldn't have it.
Anyway, just a bit sad this is the experience at a place that costs about half the local minimum wage per night.

Possible the most beautiful view I’ve ever seen, and the staff was happy to accommodate us.
the hot water didn’t last long at all

The property was amazing offering surrounding views of Salento and Cocora Valley. Soledad and Daniel made sure we had everything we needed with cooking us food and having a nice fire pit to enjoy at night. Very unique glamping on the mountain experience.
It is further from town where you will have to take a taxi but this remote location is what offers the experience high up in the mountains.

the property is located outside of Salento with a magnificent view of the mountains

The scenery was very very nice, and that’s probably it about this glamping site. And the staff was very accommodating and friendly.
The food was the worst I have had. We barely ate anything, which very disappointing that they are not paying much attention to the quality of food since they are in the middle of nowhere and guests are stuck to eat there. I am glad we only stayed for one night, other wise we would have starved. We ordered hot choco which came very watery and smells like sewage but they were nice and offered to re make it but still smells the same. We thought it is just the hot choco. But when we ordered food, it was very bad and very limited options that they have! Just a few things off the menu that they had available. Away from the food, it clearly states when booking that they offer FREE shuttle bus to the airport but actually they made us pay for it.
The location is also very very far and kind of very very hard to reach therefore you pay taxis extra to drive you. There are other glamping sites with way accessible locations.
