Staff was cooperative.

I specifically asked for warm water before checking in or during booking, but that was not available. Breakfast included, but they don't know how to cook and serve. Coffee was eww.

It's one of the best stay options in Islamabad. It was clean and comfortable. The sheets and towels were fresh(One of my main concerns), Breakfast was provided, bed and comforter were very comfortable.

Wonderful Stay!

The guy Saqib was quite professional and cooperative. The breakfast was too good in menu and taste. The stay was comfortable with all necessary amenities. Will surely recommend.

The building has poor reception of mobile signals. You might need to go outside at times to get reception. The room did not have balcony facing window.

Nice Place to Stay in the Heart of F-11

The location was great, right next to commercial area in F-11, it is good for people who want to be in Islamabad but don't want to be in the F-7/F-6 area where most of the guest houses are. The room was very nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Great for a short stay. Also the person at the reception was readily available to see us off and to welcome us.

The building entrance is through the garage which is a bit old, and since the building is old it has seepage issues.

It's a beautiful hotel apartment in a well maintained and luxury apartment building (Savoy Residence) located in F-11 near Markaz in front of a family park. The room was very well maintained and the property managers (both guys Saqib) were very helpful and cooperative throughout my stay. The owner, Ali, also met and was very friendly and helpful. Overall the room was very good, the breakfast was excellent, all the amenities required were readily available and the environment is very safe for any solo traveler who's visiting Islamabad.

The per night rate of PKR 6,000/- was slightly on a higher side but considering all the services and the location, that's value for money who's coming for a short term stay. However, the furniture in the room and sanitary ware in the rest room could be improved as it's a bit old. Other than that there was nothing to complain about and I can definitely recommend the place.

مزہ آ گیا ایف الیون میں اتنی اچھی لوکیشن پر چھوٹا سا گیسٹ ہاؤس کمال ہے بھائی نہ بجلی کا مسئلہ نہ اے سی کا نہ پانی کا اور سستا سیکیورٹی ایسی کی آنکھیں بند کر کے فیملی کے ساتھ سٹے کریں گھر والی فیل آتی ہے بس غیر شادی شدہ افراد کے لیے یہ بالکل مناسب نہیں باقی کوئئ کمی نہیں دوبارہ بھی میں یہیں قیام کروں گا گیسٹ ہاؤس کا سٹاف دونوں ثاقب بہت ہی اچھے انسان ہیں

موبائل کے سگنل کا مسئلہ ہے پر نیا ٹیل کے تیز انٹر نیٹ کی وجہ سے اسکی کمی محسوس نہیں ہوتی

Good place to stay. There is garden outside the apartments where you can stroll around.

The ambience and comfort, the staff was highly cooperative and courteous. I would to like mention their names Saqib Sr. and Saqib Jr. both are very humble and friendly.

Enjoyed Our stay although we stayed there for very short time. Mr. Saqib is very nice, soft spoken & well co-operative host. Breakfast was fantastic. Location is good. Neat & Clean room & washroom. Definitely recommendable to other travelers.
