We were playing a tournament in Columbia and found this property. By the description it sounded perfect for our stay. The neighborhood was convenient to the sports complex and eating establishments. The accommodations were perfect and the host had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood was also very quiet and safe. Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity comes up.

Youth sports tournament brought us to booking home and it was a lovely experience. Home is in a great neighborhood, stocked with all the basics you need to cook a meal, wash laundry and feel like home. Communication was excellent with host. This home was one of the best rentals we have stayed in. Our host was very hospitable and her home is clean and provides all the comforts of home. The only thing we would have liked more of were the towels. We had to purchase additional towels but that is not to be meant as a complaint, just a suggestion. We recommend this home to anyone planning a visit to Tennessee. Thank you to our host. You made out time in Tennessee even more special.

Perfect place for a family with a baby. Both pack and play and high chair were available to use. House was very clean and had everything we needed. When we reached out to the host, Susan replied immediately and always willing to help. We enjoyed our stay and would like to visit again one day.

We enjoyed our stay here! The home is beautiful, roomy, and met our needs. It is beautifully decorated and very spacious! We were in the area for a wedding, so we were in and out. We had a couple of issues come up (one being us accidentally breaking the something in the bathroom.) The property manager was prompt in response and super helpful to get them resolved quickly. We would definitely stay again if in the area. Please note: you may want to bring extra toilet paper depending on your length of stay (we had to buy more) , and you may want to bring extra towels and washcloths. There was enough for everyone to have one, so we had to wash towels every day which was a bit inconvenient. That is in the description, I just missed seeing it.

Everything was great. Clean, responsive host, and beautiful neighborhood. My only critique is that more essentials would have made it less stressful. There was only 1 role of extra tp and a couple of trashbags for a 6 day stay and a group of 6. We had to purchase more of both. Otherwise, absolutely wonderful experience!

The home was spotless and was nicely decorated. The layout was perfect for our group of 4 and the neighborhood was quiet and safe and close to shopping, eating, and entertainment.
We had a few questions after arrival and the owner was very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this property if you are wanting to stay near Nashville.

You’ll love this property!
Very well located, well stocked and exceptionally clean. There were 5 senior women on a girls week-end visit. We’ll be back again. Our only complaint was minimal heat in the Master Bedroom. If we turned up the heat the other bedrooms got too hot. Our solution was to use the 3 blankets provided in the living room basket. We then stayed toasty warm. Thanks for a wonderful place for us ladies to lay down our heads after a fun but long day!

We moved our daughter cross country from California to Tennessee. This house was a a clean cozy place for us to rest our tired bodies after long days of moving her into her apartment. Susan was awesome and always quick to answer any questions I had. We enjoyed our stay.

Wedding Weekend
Thank you Lord was my first response when we saw what we had rented. This past weekend was my son’s wedding and that is stressful enough with the Rehearsal Dinner and everything else going on. This property was fantastic! Sooooo clean and has everything that you need. Washer and dryer were better than mine! Two bathrooms that were spotless, literally. Great location
House was really cute and perfect for our visit. We were ten minutes away from my brother and 30 minutes away from the wedding venue. Such a great location, a huge mall 10 minutes down the road with everything you could ever need. House was clean and instructions were clear. The only suggestion I would have is to provide a recycling bin. I hated throwing away water bottles and cans!! Thanks so much Susan. We'll be back!!

Cute little rental closer to Spring Hill than Columbia, but close to the main roads. Well-equipped kitchen for cooking and serving. House is beautifully decorated and very clean.

Wonderful cozy home
We were only in the house for one night for a wedding the next day. Our stay was great. The house was clean, plenty of seating and comfortable beds. There was only one thing I would change and that is the placement of Plug-Ins. We walked in the house and the smell was overpowering from a wall plug in. We are very sensitive to smells and I would recommend that something less strong and more easily dispersed be used. Other than that the place was fantastic.
