About this house rental

CIN: IT011019C292FWMFG6
Romantic, very small, renovated 600-year-old Pirate´s House in the historic center of Monterosso al Mare.
It's located in a beautiful medieval narrow street just about 3 walking minutes from the village center and the beach. You´ll have to walk up about 100 steps to reach it
The little house consists of one sleeping / living room on the second floor and a kitchen and very small bathroom on the first (ground) floor.
Free WiFi!
My Little Pirate's House is a historic place, not a modern hotel. It was built around the time when Christopher Columbus (born in Genova, just about 35miles away) left Europe with his sailing boat “Santa Maria” to discover the Americas!
If you are looking for the comfort of an air conditioned modern hotel room, don't book my little house.
It's really extremely tiny, but very authentic and offers the typical Ligurian experience. I've tried to equip it with as much modern comfort and safety features as possible, but I want to keep the rustic authentic atmosphere.

The center of Monterosso is closed for traffic, so you will have to walk to the house. There are about 100 stair steps to be walked up.

We offer a hotel style laundry set which includes: 4 single bed cotton bed sheets (US-style) to put over the two mattresses, 2 pillow cases, 2 large cotton shower towels and 1 bathmat. So 1 kitchen towel is provided free of charge.

In the bathroom we also offer a hotel style shower soap-shampoo combination free of charge.

Interesting detail: the back wall of our kitchen is the former city wall from the 12th century! You will see an historic arch (medieval entrance into the village center) in the kitchen wall.

Part of our rental agreement will be a detailed list of information reg. the use of our house that we will mail you via PDF.

We have never experienced any theft in our house, but we do recommend not to leave any of the following items in the house:
Valuables, such as watches or jewelry
• Pieces of identification or credit cards
• Cash
• Cellular phones, computers, tablets, etc.

We do offer a mounted hotel safety deposit box in the house as a service, but will not assume responsibility or liability for any brought in lost or stolen items.

Our little Pirate´s House is equipped for max. 3 adults. It offers sleeping options for max. 3 adults (one double bed and one sleeping chair to be folded out). But because of the house's small size we recommend a max. occupancy of TWO adults.
