Para amantes de Churros con Chocolate

Que quedaba cerca de los churros con Chocolate la Churreria "Jose & Isa".

La cama muuuuy incomoda, la mampara mas china de nunca y el Trono elevado del Vater, y que deberia haber mas cubos de basura por cada sitio es decir cada habitacion, ducha y teniendo en cuenta el sistema del vater que no se puede echar pape,l un cubo mas grande ahí y no solo ese cubito pequeño para todo el piso compartido

No lo volvería a elegir

No hay buena información referente al funcionamiento y los límites y derechos de los huéspedes. Por lo que algunos no saben, no entienden (o se hacen) como comportarse.

En cuanto al aseo hubo un par de detalles que no me gustaron

Podrían mejorar

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, el sistema de seguridad de las habitaciones (llaves, códigos..) y el mobiliario o disposición de los recursos y zonas comunes.

No me gustó, el nivel de limpieza, los trapos y toallas olían a humedad, no había acceso a cambio de ropa hasta que viniera el personal de limpieza (que solo era cuando alguna habitación desalojaba) y cuando yo llegué había muchísima comida desperdiciándose sin ningún control alguno y la nevera estaba sucia, una de las habitaciones desalojó cuando yo llegué y el servicio de limpieza limpió la nevera (no puedo asegurar que éstas personas fueron las que se llevaron parte de la alimentación que yo traje para mi estancia (incluido brick recién abierto y verdura recién adquirida), pero si dejaron pizza claramente vieja... y los responsables no quisieron ni reponerme las toallas ni el alimento que me falto, ni siquiera ofrecieron alguna compensación. No me pareció muy profesional.

La ubicación con respecto a donde debía acudir, era inmejorable.

Hay una persona viviendo permanentemente en una de las habitaciones, y que tiene una higiene fatal. El olor de su habitación se percibe desde la escalera de acceso al piso. Realmente pestilente

piso viejo, a compartir hasta 4 habitaciones donde camben 9 personas con un solo baño. sin ventilación apenas, me da que alguna habitación tampoco y ventilaba hacia dentro con todo el olor personal e incluso con olor a tabaco luego no lo prohiben. me robaron comida del alojamiento y el anfitrión se desentiende

Very impressed with the value for money this place offers. Excellent.

Excellent value for money. Common areas were spotless. Nice terrace area to eat or even work from. Very comfortable, enjoyed my week here and the location is a short stroll from the centre, trains etc.check-in was very easy even with my late arrival.

Nothing to mention at all. I was very happy with everything.

Worst place I have ever stayed

I liked nothing about this awful place

It's advertised as a 1 bedroom apartment in the advert and pictures it shows you a kitchen which you think is in the apartment. The kitchen is actually shared with 3 other rooms .the oven does not work it fuses all the lights when you turn it on also there was no gas so if you wanted to cook something you could nt any way .we were given 3 dirty smelly towels. This is not an apartment it's a room with a toilet and shower with a shared kitchen shared fridge and a cooker and oven that doesn't work the bed is so uncomfortable it's very noisy so forget about getting any sleep people shouting banging on doors and work men drilling and banging all day until 8 o clock at night spoilt my stay in the city of elche Avoid Avoid Avoid much better places to stay in the city

No thrills accomodation

The kitchen had good amount to cook with. Room was simple but good for the price

Parking was a nightmare. Each day id drive for 30 minutes and often have to park 15 min walk away. I got towed on the second day which was very stressful and expensive. Weird hooks and random screws hanging out of floor was dangerous and resulted in me injuring my foot. Toilet is shared and you can't flush toilet paper. Not a problem but when the bin fills up and it's other peoples poop on the paper it doesn't quite scream 'holiday'. There were 3 of us but only 2 towels.

Disappointing

Was clean, cleaner very friendly

Guests were very lound and very made me feel very uncomftable police were there one night for three hours and i wasent allowed to leave my room landlord very unreasable when it came leaving clothers in side to dry when raining but then said you must be tolerable to kept awake all night by drunken idiots
