About this villa rental

This admirable holiday villa has a contemporary L-shaped design with a flat roof, complete with shaded Jacuzzi. The patio doors lead out to the private pool which beckons you to go for a dip. There are bathrobes and slippers for every guest, which makes it convenient for stepping out of the shower or for lounging poolside. The pleasant garden has tropical palms and manicured lawns and a faint scent from the flowering trees hangs in the air. The neutral colours merge perfectly with the features and furnishings. Floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes, plenty of storage space and beds that you can sink into, will certainly make your stay both comfortable and relaxed. The beautiful villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen accompanied by the necessary facilities. With added security of 24 hour guard at the village entrance, as well as a safety box, you are guaranteed to feel at ease. The villa offers 3 bedrooms each with king-sized beds, one of the bedrooms has 2 beds, you can easily sleep 10 people in this superb vacation rental.

The reservation rate includes your electricity and water supply, wifi, safety box and a private villa manager to help you with anything you need during your stay. Please note that you will have fresh towels, bed linen, toiletries and drinking water upon your arrival. These can be changed / replenished for an additional charge. Ask for details!

Great for family and/ or friends traveling together. The Jomtien night market is a 20 minute walk. The villa was very quiet and restful

To start with, the property is nice. However, one of the biggest detractions is its location. It is removed from the city in a way that almost will always require hiring a Grab or tuk-tuk. The arrival process was fine, but a surprise request for THB 5,000 from the person checking us in was offputting to say the least. If they needed a deposit, wouldn't it make sense to just put it on the card we booked with and then return it? If you just flew into Pattaya from a different country, you might not have that kind of cash. The propety was supposedly recently refurbished, but there was definitely a bit of wear and tear. I think the biggest detraction was the lack of basic amenities. For instance, they provide 1 towel per person irrespective of the lenght of stay. They don't provide pool towels, a washer or dryer, a dishwasher, anything in the shower to place shampoo/conditioner/body gel and paper towel. They did provide one sponge with a little bit of dishwasher liquid for apparently all your cleaning requirements. It could be that we are picky, but those basic things would have gone a long way to make the stay more enjoyable.

This is a nice place but the location was not great it’s at least a mile to the beach and you really have to take a cab to get anywhere from it. There were a lot of families staying and the sound carried. You could hear kids playing, and also other families doing karaoke at night, was somewhat disturbing. To check in and check out process was easy and management was accommodating with any request.
