Amazing Stay at Beautiful Private Villa

Everything about this place was amazing. From the beautiful villa to the meals to the convenient location. The owner Agung was very corperative both before the stay and during the stay so makes it easier to make arrangements and clarify things. The staff was very welcoming and courteous. The property is situated in a very convenient location giving easy access to seminyak beach, KU DE TA, convenient stores, spa’s etc. It’s only a 25 mins drive to Finns Beach Club and Atlas Beach Club where we took a grab taxi. The breakfast concept is also very unique where the staff comes and prepares it in your villa.

Over and above this we made the best of our stay and enjoyed Seminyak.

It was central

It was very old and tired. There was a smell of damp or mould in the rooms.. The Villa is in desperate needed of love and an upgrade.. The staff were super nice, friendly and responsive.. the host was responsive and helpful. The photos on line are not a true reflection of the Villa condition.

good location, lovely staff but rundown villa

We ended up just staying one night as the villa we stayed in is badly rundown, mouldy ceilings in the bathroom, paint peeling from the walls due to damp and the floors have bad black marks all over them. The door to the bedroom appeared to be coming apart meaning I didn’t feel safe having my teenage daughter in her own room so I ended up sleeping with her! However the staff and the manager/owner were extremely prompt and kind in understanding my disappointment and agreed that it was ok for me to leave after one night. the staff could not have been kinder and apologetic. I am sure this is just a post Covid problem and that the villas will return to good condition in the future. The location is great and the villas are roomy just run down compared to many others I have stayed at.

Great location, Clean and tidy rooms, Excellent Breakfast, Excellent Host

Great host and we had an amazing stay while at Asrina. We were there for 5 days and the place is perfect for families. The location is excellent and is walkable to beaches and the shopping centres/restaurants. The Villa was clean and well maintained. Yana, Puthu, Kadek and team were very lovely and made us the most amazing breakfast daily and all of us loved it. Amazing service and i would recommend this villa to everyone who are looking for a great place to stay in Seminyak.

We had the BEST stay here! Mr Agung was so accommodating, supplying Baby Cots, High Chairs and even booked us an airport transfer with a baby seat! Great location close to “Eat Street” & the beach Yani & her crew of Lads were amazing and always with a smile, nothing was too much trouble! Would thoroughly recommend Sue & Steve

Absolutely perfect location. Close to everything but quiet and private. Beautiful pool, lovely atmosphere and furnishings, comfy bed, welcoming and kind staff.

Bathrooms may just need a bit of a freshen up - and doors needed an oil!

A fabulous relaxing 10 days in a perfect location. We could not have been happier.

Our one bedroom Villa was fabulous. The layout was perfect and the pool was so nice to take a dip each day. The location could not have been any better with just a short walk to the beach and close to so many great restaurants. Richard the owner was so lovely popping in to make sure our stay was going well and Yani and the staff were all so friendly and helpful.

This Villa exceeded my expectations in relation to location and cleanliness - would highly recommend

We were met by the lovely Putu (night security staff) who was waiting for our arrival (around 2am). He showed us to our Villa, produced cold refresher towels & drinks.

Beautiful property, great staff and unbeatable location… What else?

We liked everything! We felt at home and we were warmly welcomed by by the owner Richard, and all the staff. The villa was beautiful in all aspects: decoration, unbeatable location in a very nice area of Seminyak walking steps to the beach and nice restaurants and shops… A delicious breakfast prepared in your villa…

Pleasant relaxing but a lot of motorbike noise to Villas one and two

The swimming pool has no steps to access and no hand rail to get out of the pool! I have recently had knee surgery so could not use the pool during my entire stay.Same with my partner who had a broken toe.you would need to be a contortionist to exit the pool!!

Great location for Seminyak beach and shops. Lovely secluded villa with private pool that's not overlooked. Lovely having breakfast made for us each morning too for small extra charge and they also arranged transport to airport. Lovely friendly and accommodating hosts

The Villa was clean, well equipped and in a good location. The hosts, Richard & Agung were great with communication before and during our stay. They were always available to help with any questions and the staff were fantastic. Friendly, helpful and the breakfast that you can order to the villa was delicious. Thank you!

We will be back!

Exceptional location with three large comfortable bedrooms and expansive living space overlooking pool and sun lounge area. Staff were friendly and personable as were the owners Richard and Agung. We could not fault a thing and it was everything we expected from a great villa offering. We had a couple of medical requirements and the staff were very quick to help with getting us a Dr who was with us in no time.

Lovely villa, perfectly located with the best people running it.

Fantastic location with everything you could want around the corner. Both the hosts and staff were exceptional, so generous and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa and pool were amazing, we even had a complimentary cooked breakfast made for us. Loved that I had use of the laundry. Such a fabulous place to stay, would recommend to anyone.

Could only say the pillows were a little hard.

Great getaway, superb location, comfortable and wonderful staff and service

The villa was very comfortable. Location was perfect for the shops, restaurants, cafes. Easy to get around either by foot, taxi or scooter. Nice and quiet at night.
