Selten so einen rundum perfekten Urlaub erlebt.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, das gesamte Personal ist überaus freundlich, der Service lässt in keinem Bereich irgendwelche Wünsche offen, Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen überragend. Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar, die Poollandschaft sehr sauber, ausreichend Liegen und Schirme vorhanden. Das Essen sowohl Buffet als auch Menü phänomenal und wie gesagt die Freundlichkeit jedes Einzelnen darf nicht unerwähnt bleiben.

Ohne jetzt zu übertreiben, aber wir haben nichts gefunden über das man meckern könnte. Es wäre nur ungerecht wenn man irgendetwas bemängeln würde.

Toller Familienurlaub in Bibione

Tolle Gesamtanlage. Alles was das Urlaubsherz begehrt. Tolle Pool-Landschaft mit Pools für alle und Attraktionen für Kinder. Saubere Anlagen. Gutes Restaurant mit Vor- und Nachspeisen-Buffet sowie zwei servierten Gängen für Erwachsene und Kinder. Für Kinder kann man essen auch selbst aussuchen, wenn die Gänge nicht ansprechend sind, was sehr kinderfreundlich ist. Zimmer wie beschrieben. Guter Aufbau der Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Handtuchwechsel 1x täglich funktioniert ausgezeichnet.

Essenszeiten sind mit Beginn 19:00 Uhr etwas spät. Somit wird es mit kleinen Kindern oft später als wünschenswert.

War ganz ok, aber das nächste Mal anderes Hotel

Schöner großer Poolbereich, Strandnähe und auch gleich im Zentrum. Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich Hotel samt Außenbereich sehr sauber und Personal freundlich und bemüht. Gratis Parkgarage im Untergeschoß war top

Abendessen - Vorspeisen ganz ok, aber die Hauptspeisen naja, Fleisch zumeist hart und die Beilagen zerkocht, Nachspeisen Süßspeisen immer gleiches Angebot und extrem süß. Gebucht - normales Doppelzimmer seitlicher Meerblick, leider sehr sehr klein und täglich vor 6 Uhr morgens kommt die Müllabfuhr sehr sehr laut, vor allem bei Entleerung Glascontainer ist man dann wirklich wach.. War schon in einigen Hotels in der Umgebung, aber 4* verdient dieses meiner Meinung nach nicht.

Excellent beach-side hotel, very friendly staff and superb food.

A great beach location with excellent service and facilities. The rooms were big (we had 5 of us in one room) with great aircon and very comfy beds for a good nights sleep. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and the free bike rental for local travelling was a really nice touch. The food was superb, the best we had on our whole 2 weeks away.

A great hotel, the beach was very crowded at times but this can't really be put down to the hotel.

Overall destination was excellent, resort all-inclusive feel, great place to relax for families!

-Excellent, spacious, clean rooms. Very quiet at night, excellent sound proofing. Helpful, friendly staff! - Restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner - wide selections, lots of fruits, vegetables and cheese. - Beautiful property, nice sitting areas around property and lots to do for families and teenagers - pool, beach, sport court, bike rentals. Very good entertainment in the evening, enjoyed an Abba show/performance by the pool.

- Would've appreciated complimentary water in hotel room for all guests each day. - Dining window for dinner could be a little longer (7:00-8:30pm) , its early for some people

Very noisy rooms! No space in the garage (which is very small and shared with another hotel). Huge garbage dump under the window (smelly and loud). Seated under the air condition with a baby (cannot change table).

Superb

Friendly Staff, our waitress Laura was very fast and attentive. Good Location to the beach and centre and the luna park. For the kids it was awesome with the entertainment (free ice cream, pool slide in the afternoon...)

Very good

The pool is great and so is the private beach. In times of Corona I felt very safe. The location to the main street is good too so plenty to do in the evening. The room was tidy and clean a bit small but I think normal for Italy.

Had to book half board and although the food was good there would have been lots of restaurants around to eat dinner. Because of Corona there was set menus which meant no portion control and as I dont eat so much I did have to send plates back half eaten which upsets me because I dont like food waste but it is a special situation so it is understandable.

The staff is the place‘s pearl.

The staff and again the staff. The restaurant crew were super professional and friendly..you‘d get your orders before you‘d even blink. They never decline on anything you need even after the regular serving hours. The pool entertainment crew, the mini disco for the kids..the aqua aerobics trainers were all more than friendly. The place has a „must-keep“ working team.
