It was really clean and the location was great.
It was unfortunately very noisy at night because of neighbors that were next to the bedroom wall. I was woken up every night even with earplugs on.
It was also a little hot and we couldn’t open the windows wide to get some fresh air. Finally, it smelled like weed in the living-room in the morning probably because of someone who smoked in another apartment and it went through the ventilation to our apartment.

Sofa wasn't ready to use as a bed. I was staying with my Dad. So I felt cold sleeping at the sofa.
There was only a small towell (and two big) for two people
Because in the picture of the sofa was ready as a bed...you should to leave extra sheets and duvet

The decor, the room layout, the location and the facilities!
The “Experiencing issue or have feedback” inside the Guest Pass, I used it to report my room’s issues, no one answered me until I sent email to [email protected], Jordan replied and he’s helpful.
The shower room is better comes with shower head rather than just having a rain shower.

Gorgeous apartment. Exactly like photos. Plenty of room for 3 to 4 people spotlessly clean. . I slept on the sofa bed which is huge and really comfy.. Great location. 10 mins walk to train station and city centre with metro in front of building. The management team were excellent and very quickly sorted 1 or 2 little niggles. Would definetly stay here again
Nothing really but just to note it is on the third floor and lift was out of order. This didn't bother us but for someone less able it wouldn't be ideal

Excellent location with easy links via the tram. Parking was £6 a day opposite the apartment. The apartment was very chic and had all appliances needed.
Would have preferred black out blinds.

The apartment was immaculate, really contemporary, lovely high ceilings, really comfy bed, beautifully fitted kitchen and the shower in the bathroom was amazing. was particularly impressed with the complimentary lotions and potions which smelt amazing. TV in lounge was massive and the range of channels available was great!
Sofa wasn’t very comfortable but everything else in the apartment were great

Very clean (which is a must for me), bathroom and shower were great, spacious and light, good standard of furniture and appliances.
Whilst the instructions were very clear the key/entrance to property was a lot of steps.

The apartment looked like the pictures and the tv was much bigger than expected. great location and very secure.
After a shower the bathroom remained steamy almost as if there was no fan. The bedding is very soft however the duvet was too heavy.

Modern, newly refurbished apt.
Good location. Well equiped kitchen, big TV screen.
Reservation procedure hugely complicated trough a third party app. To get in the apt you have to pass 4 doors and receive 4 different codes, not earlier than 3 pm. It seems you are in an "escape room" game, except the fact that you want to get in and have a shower.
An amount of 500 GBP stayed blocked for 16 days after check out. It was given back with 17 euro less, I do not know why. They also took a 10 GBP "commission" for using the app. Strange!

The unit was really nicely fitted. Great quality and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped too. The heating was perfect too. Great place all around.
It could have been a little cleaner. The trash was not empty when I arrived for instance. But otherwise no issues to complain about. Great spot.

It looked lovely but wasn't that practical to use. Couldn't find a toaster for example. Very sleek and stylish to look at and the bed in the bedroom was fantastic.
We had to go out and buy a duvet and duvet cover for one of our party to sleep on the sofa bed as there was nothing in the flat that we could use. It was set up for a couple, not for two individuals and and we I hadn't realised we needed to state our intended sleeping arrangements in advance of arrival. every other place we've stayed has spare bedding in a cupboard, spare pillows and even spare towels but here there was nothing, and only one face towel between two people. The whole thing had a feeling of style over substance. A video camera intrusively clicked every time you went in and out of your own front door. But the front door didn't open properly because the mechanism had jammed meaning we had to squeeze in and out of it. So the focus was on monitoring but not fixing. And the framed posters with warnings about being monitored in terms of carbon dioxide and noise level after 11pm were frightening in a big brother way. There was a threat that if you made a noise you'd have to pay £480 for the authorities to come out so we whispered more or less rather than speaking at normal volume because there was no guide as to to what normal volume was. There were warnings everywhere to say that you would have to pay for this or pay for that if if the monitoring system thought you needed to. Given that technology is not brilliant we didn't want to risk any chance of paying £480 so we assumed if we were in a big brother situation we'd be being watched and listened to all the time and were extremely uncomfortable, despite framed printed assurances on the wall all that we could not be seen. This came after having to give personal ID details even after I'd paid for the room and we felt all of it was too difficult and too intrusive for us to enjoy our stay.

WiFi was not connected to the TV and Netflix was playing up but someone was always happy to help.
glasses and cutlery weren’t very clean
the apartment was freezing cold on arrival and took hours to heat up
shower goes cold after some time so beware if you like to take long showers - we were unaware of this and I ended up having to take a freezing cold shower
