Property was just as described. Plenty of space for the whole family. Kitchen was substantial and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Property was clean and beds were comfortable. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The property was also close enough to walk to the Crater.

Really enjoyed our stay…very clean and comfortable…especially the quality mattresses! Had some issues with the range and our amenities key wouldnt allow access into the spa/pool…none of our group of 40 could have access; otherwise, our experience was very good!

The Zermatt is a beautiful property with lots of things to do. The property was comfortable and clean. There are great restaurants on property and nearby so I wouldn’t plan on cooking large meals because the kitchen is very small. We very much enjoyed our short stay.

Love this location. The room needs some updates. The oven does not get hot unless at 500 degrees. Missing a knob on the front burner. Super Small coffee pot for a room that large. couch is gross crumbs in cushions and stains! The stuff coming out of the fire sprinklers is gross leaking down the walls. The master bathroom shower wall is all moldy and peeling. Front Door does not latch securely, you can literally slide a card in and get in the door no code needed. Hot tub was out of order which was a bummer and the sauna and steam was also out of order in the spa for women which was a total bummer, I wish this would have been disclosed prior to booking. But overall we had a great time. !

Very comfortable for multi generational family stay. The only downside was the kitchen is WAY too small for guests who actually cook meal and the appliances were great. VERY small coffee pot. Stove and oven did not work great. Living room, bedrooms, etc were great.

The place was absolutely perfect for our family! The rooms were much larger than they look in the pictures and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were right outside the pool and the hot tub. So much to do! The kids loved it. The bunk room had 8 beds and they were good sizes!! I would highly recommend this place!

Beds so comfortable,nice linens, kitchen well stocked. Villa was clean except for kitchen floor, sticky. No broom or mop to clean in Villa. Cons: Furniture is old in living room, dirty & spotted. That was a turn off. Pools, mini golf, all great. Enjoyed all. Thanks

The jetted tub was a welcome surprise and the bunk bed room allowed the children to be together instead sleeping in their parent's room. Also the balconies were appreciated. Also the close proximity to the pool was convenient. All and I canted say enough about how pleased we were AND we hope to get the same villa next year. Thanks so much.

I thought the condo was outdated for the price. Whoever I talked to when booking was kind and able to upgrade our room to accommodate more people. Overall, it was a great stay but I would recommend upgrading cosmetics to go with the price.'

We highly recommend this well-stocked home in a beautiful location. The resort has so much to do and see that you hardly need to leave. If you decide to venture out, there is plenty to close by. The unit itself includes tennis rackets, DVD's, and the resort has a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fairly small and does not have large pans for cooking for a crowd, so you may want to bring a pancake griddle and/or large fry pan. Lots of seating in dining room and family room. Love the room which has 4 bunk beds—double on bottom and twin on top.

This is our second year staying here for our company retreat and it is perfect! The proximity to Utah County for our employees to be able to come and go as they please makes it easy for everyone to join us for a good time. There are plenty of amenities for everyone to enjoy. The Zermatt is close to great places to eat in Heber & Park City. There was also a free concert on Saturday night which made for the perfect ending to a great weekend. Thanks again! We'll be back next year.

The condo we stayed in was perfect! It was clean, well furnished, spacious and had ample space for everyone to sleep & hang out without feeling like we were cramped. The laundry facility on the 3rd floor as well as the heated indoor pool were very nice to have as well. We can't wait to rent this very unit again!

It was great. Thxs. The condo needs a few items- pots and pans, a colander, bowls, and a hair dryer. More bars of soap would be appreciated ( for the sinks as well as the showers) A/C in the Mstr doesn't seem to work well. All in all, it was great.

This city is truly amazing. We enjoyed your resort very much. The kids (all boys) loved the pools, mini golf, and the hours of playing hearts. I found that the Villa was super large for our group of 6, plus extra 2 for dinner one night, it was large & spacious. The beds were very so comfortable. Cons: Furniture was old & dirty in living room. Updated would be good, the kitchen floor not cleaned, sticky.More towels would be good. 1 each for 5 days not enough.

We reserved this villa for a family reunion of 13 people to celebrate Christmas. First let me say that the rooms were exactly as pictured and everything was clean and fresh. The villa was large with a huge table and living room area, which we were very grateful to have, as we ended up getting rain in the are and had to spend one of our days inside. We played games and watched movies without feeling cooped up. The vaulted ceilings and large windows and balcony overlooking the pool area definitely helped. The swimming pool was a favorite for the kids and we went nearly everyday. We had one “issue” with the oven (user error) and the owner was quick to respond and send someone up to check and show us how to use it properly. Overall I would definitely choose to stay at this villa again and look forward to doing so.

Beautiful layout. Welll stocked kitchen, plenty of towels. Couch could use replacing, not very comfortable and somewhat worn. The wellness center and the pool was great! Beautiful grounds. Steakhouse was delicious.

From the minute we walked into the villa we loved it. The rooms are spacious, the beds are clean and cozy, the bathrooms are beautifully designed. The bathrooms and kitchen are stocked with all the amenities needed. We will definitely be staying here again. The only negative was that the TV in the 2 queen bedroom was not working with the remote but with so much to do in Midway we didn't miss that at all.

My family and I stay at Zermatt each year for a conference. As the family has grown, the available rooms through the resort are no longer big enough to fit all of us. I was excited to find this listing on Vrbo because it would fit everyone. The room was great and included access to resort amenities. The location is wonderful overlooking the pool and grassy area. The rooms were clean and large and communication with the property manager was great! We didn’t have any problems or complaints. We hope to rent the room again the the future. Thanks!

My husband and I stayed here with our 9 year old son, one of his friends and his friend’s parents. We’ve stayed in other units at Zermatt and this was by far our favorite. The layout, the bunk beds for the kids… the whole thing was perfect for our kids. It was our friends first trip to Utah and they were thrilled with the stay as well.
