Could be better with a little bit maintance.

The location was good but about 10 dogs and a dozen roosters live very close, all day barking and crowing but got used to it. No room service at all, Kitchen was very sparsely furnished, with not even larger plates, only 2 bread and butter plates and a very minimum of cooking gear. The shower adjustment is 8 feet off the ground and you have to be 7 feet tall to make it work you have to stand on a chair to adjust and then it did not work, it was broken and likely still is. The toilet had to be fixed and adjusted to make it work (they would know). They provided a bucket and pale to shower, which was OK. All was OK I came back later for a longer period soon after. The shower is still broken and looks like it has been for a long time. The sheets and the towel was never changed during my latter stay which was much longer. I did them myself at the paid laundry adjacent to the estate's entry. I am an elderly single man from Australia 81 y/o. Mosty all was OK for 3 stars could be better with some maintenance.

Decent place because it's big, but the parking is sucks! It's ok if you don't have a vehicle because there is no parking space.

Good stay in Dumaguete!

Location, quietness, wifi and amenities. Staff very friendly.

Water pressure and hand washing leakage needing fixture. Kitchenware improvements.

Adequate for short stays. Will stay again for trips under a week.

Location is good and there are enough appliances to make cooking viable.

There is a strong sewage smell. Toilet leaks. The “patio” is almost unusable. The wifi is not very good, although it looks like they did make an effort to fit boosters. You can’t open the curtains without being very visible from the car park. Leaky sinks. Dirty and neglected bathroom

Highly recommended

The room was lovely, large bed, lots of space with a seating area and kitchen. Two aircon units which were incredibly quiet. The owner could not have been more helpful. Great location close to restaurants and shops.

The garden space at the rear could be better.

Basically the room was fine very large and fair size kitchen area. Bathroom was too small

Bathroom was very small and could of been made bigger when the place was built as the room was huge The shower and sink in the bathroom as well as the kitchen had a lot of calcium build up from the water and not cleaned properly. Fixtures should be replaced

Spacious room, comfy, electric stove, toaster, cooking pans, utensils, hot shower, chiller, veranda, ac, tv, hair dryer, iron, table to eat. They have a mini store if you need something. It was perfect we dont want to leave. Good buy

We had to walk a bit in order to get to the main road. But it was good exercise, it was not that far

Our accommodation was perfect for our budget and very spacious.

The room was very spacious and comfortable.

The only thing that we didn’t like was the leak near the kitchen area. When it rained the roof was leaking.

Nasty people there.

Did not get the room that I asked for on Booking.com. After I got there I was informed that the sheets and towels would be changed once a week. Cleaning would be done once a week. Nasty people there.

place was worth the stay but the internet is a deal breaker

staff was wonderful.

Internet was fair. had to reconnect too often. no sign on main road so initially tough to find.

Affordable stay

Price for 4 days was very affordable. It's accessible to restaurants and other places. The room was comfortable. The staff were helpful to my needs.

The pots and pans were not good to use. But I was able to ask for help to the staff. I was given a better pot.

Very satisfied

The room is spacious. Cooking tools are complete. There's a store near the room. The place is accessible to other areas of the city. There was a parking space for the motorcycle.

The water was not clean. There was no generator during the power outage.
