It’s not good

Location, room,

Booking.com says10% discount on food n drink but property was not claim me manager says it’s not applicable so it’s worst n price was too high

Staff very lethargic, check in not on time had to wait forever None of the amenties like tennis etc are there Staff struggled to handle number of people at the hotel Location is not good, no places around the resort

Friendly staff early check in given as we had arrived early

The rooms were not cleaned properly- definitely not a five star resort . Wanted to book in some treatments with the spa - but was too cold , no heating in the mornings

Superb Resort

The rooms were spacious. We were allowed early check in. The resort is huge and very relaxing. The staff is cooperative. Lots of activities for children and adults. I would love to visit again. Luxury in a budget. The room with lap pool is awesome.

The food is meant for Gujaratis and not North Indians. Variety and spices can be added.

Location, room size and value for money

Rooms are located far from reception and hence carts are provided, we checked out and inform reception to send cart to carry our luggage, we waited for 10-15 mins for cart but it didn't arrive, we had to carry our luggage by ourselves. Not very professional behaviour on this part. Also exhaus in the bathroom was faulty and making noise was not repaired even after complaining.

This place is worth staying but don't expect too much when it comes to buffet & breakfast spread.

The location is extremely good especially the view from the hotel and rooms is extraordinary. The colour schemes depict Greek architecture and are worth falling in love with. The staff is extremely good and hospitable in their responses. Their A la Carte menu and food is awesome.

The buffet food selection isn't great nor is the quality if compared to the A La carte orders. The breakfast spread is too small and designed to cater only 1 sect of people. The cutney's are frozen over night and found lumps of frozen chutney. The swimming pool isn't clean and water is extremely muddy.

The rooms are spacious, the view is amazing and the dinner and breakfast buffet was amazing.

We stayed for 1N and twice during the night there was a false fire alarm ringing continuously for 15-20 mins. The same false alarm was also ringing during the day. The toilets were not properly maintained. There was a drainage issue in the basin and the shower gel and shampoo tubes crashed as soon as we pushed open.

Property Location

Facilities in room which were not upto mark. Telephone not working, no towels in the bathroom. Wanted 2 glasses had to pay for them. There was a group which was playing loud.music and creating ruckus till 3am and the hotel staff did not were not able to do anything.

Interiors, space and room size

Sometimes confused service, terrible with the small touches- exposed wires on the ground by a 3rd party for a wedding led to an injury to my 72 year old father. At that age when they fall, it shakes their confidence massively! He was lucky to avoid a larger Injury. Also the bathrooms need anti skid mats. The floors are SUPER slippery in the shower area when wet.
