Large mountain home with enough amenities that we weren't on top of each other. Plenty of things to do in the surrounding area to keep everyone happy. Everyone said they were wiling to return.

The few issues we had when we got there were managed and taken care of.

The experience
Also the hot water in the master was not working properly very cold.

Lots of porches— space to sleep for all and areas to spend quality time and eat together. Home needs TLC and guest service needs to take requests for clean up seriously. Totally blew me off when the property was littered with trash.

The house is absolutely beautiful as is the property. We enjoyed our stay. There were 25 of us and there was more than enough room for us all.

I was worried after reading previous reviews but this home was perfect for our group. We had 4 separate households all staying together for our first family trip in years and there was more than enough space. Previous reviews mentioned work needing to be done but for our trip everything had been fixed and in great condition. We didn't use the two beds in the outdoor room but the space was really neat and would be great for older kids/teenagers. Our young kids enjoyed the arcade room the most, the only complaint was they couldn't find the darts or ball for the hoop but they quickly forgot and moved onto other games. The cabin was in the perfect location to town as well as being on the lake in a cute private neighborhood that felt very safe. The walk down to the lake was closer than I realized, view was gorgeous. Loved all the maze-like areas for the porch and I think this place would be great in the warmer months as well to get to enjoy the outside areas more. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again. We have already recommended the property to friends and hope to visit again soon.

If you're wondering about the "Conservatory" room, like we were, it is the small glass outbuilding on the deck. There is a bed in there, and then a steep wooden ladder going up to a loft on top of that with another build in there.
This house was huge and maze like. It could be a fun stay for a few families vacationing together. There was a lot of potential to it, big open rooms, lots of TVs, great dining seating in the house. Overall it was a great place to stay as long as you aren't looking for luxury.
It was not very well cleaned (there were ants all over the kitchen, especially the coffee area). The secondary fridge upstairs leaked into the rooms underneath it. And some of the bunk ladders were broken or unstable. There was also a missing porch rail outside with just a caution tape across it. I would caution anyone with small children that you have to watch over - it would be difficult to keep track of them.
We were a group of adults with disabilities and found it difficult to get around the house. The middle floor was always humid and damp because of the hot tub being inside the house. And the beds were oddly placed to be able to get to our whole crew and help each other. Also, if you have any mobility limitations, the stairs in this home are treacherous. The hand rails don't go all the way to the tops of the stairs, so folks had to lean dangerously far down to get their hands on the railings to take the first step. They are also steep and small. The lights outside didn't all work, so we had to have someone with a flashlight out there helping people get around the decks and steps at night.

First let me say we really enjoyed our stay in the area, and the cabin worked well for our family of 13. With that being said I do not want to sound overly critical but there are numerous things in the cabin that need attention or improved on that could assure future visitors to return
Floor Vents sunk in we fixed all I believe
Lot of out door lights need replaced
One Recliner stuck in halfway open
Decks needs stained & painted
Rally -X game could not get to work
Hockey game has broken rod (& no balls)
Hockey air game goal is broken just needs screws to fix. We fixed.
Smaller glass hockey has broken handle
Only three table tennis paddles
Some fan remotes missing batteries, believe we replaced all
Window blind rods broke can’t adjust
3rd Floor hall bath sink dripping
Need stopper upstairs master bedroom sink
Mold on ceiling hall bath 2nd floor
Shower leaking at wall hall bath 2nd floor
Could use Wi-Fi Booster on 1st & 2nd floor, as can only connect on top floor
Burners on stove automatically go to high. Can’t control temperature levels.
Futon Sleeper in Game room broke not useable
Need a small drainage ditch end of drive, it becomes a lake when raining & no drainage to release water
Watch for exposed nail in floor by
Coffee maker
Cleaning
Look behind furniture
Look under furniture (nail clippings
On bottom table shelf 3rd floor) between two recliners
Look high shelves etc.
3rd floor rug is grossly filthy

I rented this home for my cross country team. We had the opportunity to run on the many beautiful trails in the area. But we ran into many problems with this home. I have rented many homes over the years and this one was a challenge. I lost sleep over it as the AC was not working properly and the hot water heater was broken. Most of the house was without hot water for half of our trip. The management company arranged a plumber and an AC repair team. But the hot water heater was not a top priority and for the price of the rental, I expect much better. The kitchen was overrun with ants and we had to buy a can opener after opening our canned goods with a pocket knife on the first night. The downstairs shower was moldy and the glass shower door came off the tracks multiple times. A very dangerous situation when you have wet hands. The tile floors in some of the bathrooms had very loose tiles - could actually pick them up. The master bedroom was exceptionally damp as well as the rest of the house. Nothing dries. It is so damp that the gum and Advil in my purse became stuck together in the package. For a "getaway", this house gave me too much stress.

Not responsive to messages.
One of the fireplaces in the bedrooms didn't work.
Heating doesn't reach certain bedrooms.
One bedroom is shown in the pictures but they don't give you a way to use it (it's locked)

This home has amazing potential to be an amazing rental but it has work to do. The microwave in the kitchen is missing the handle. The other microwave doesn’t work. The stove is either off or extremely hot, kept burning foods because of it. No low or medium heat. The sink in the kitchen has a foul smell coming from it which means it hasn’t been cleaned. The ice machine doesn’t work so buy ice. The stove is in a really tight spot and we even had to shift it over a little to open the oven. Some TVs worked and others didn’t. The stairs to the main floor are extremely wide and steep so if you have older family it’s hard. If you have vertigo then the master bathroom will not work. It’s not leveled and the showered is worse. The view from the cabin is amazing and when it snowed it’s like a dream which is why I say it has amazing potential but needs a lot of work.

Process was good working with property management. Easy check in. Easy check out. The cabin needed some TLC. Too many stairs for our older ladies. Kitchen was small to cook in for a large group

Perfect cabin for a large group of family and friends… space to have quiet time and large space to come together. Plenty of games for entertainment and decks for relaxing and outdoor movie night. The fire pit was so nice too.

Our overall stay was great. The guests before us put the trash in the garage, but not outside the house, however, it did get picked up the next day. Also the main living room TV did not work, they tried to replace it, but the one they brought was cracked right out of the box. That wasn't overly important. During our stay, on Friday, an electric circuit blew where the sauna is, and was not able to be fixed throughout the rest of our stay. We used an extension cord for the TV in the family/game room, because that TV was on the same circuit as the sauna. I'm sure it's fixed now. We walked down to the railroad tracks, but could not use the dock or bridge due to lack of repair. It would have been nice to fish there. Even with those things, our stay was great. We enjoyed having time together and also enjoyed the activities we had planned. Thank you for having properties that house our whole family.

Amazing place!
This place is really good, I had a good time with the family, every area is big and comfortable. I had a problem with the garbage but immediately someone fixed it. I recommended this place and I wish get there again.

The location is ideal! Plenty of room for a group of 17. We are an aging group, so I regret not having taken the stairs into account. There is some wear and tear on the outside, but the inside was nice.

Great spring break 2022!
Second time staying here for spring break week and just like the last, this stay was again a great place for our larger group. True that there were a handful of things that could benefit from a refresh/update, but overall, it was a great stay! Very responsive company when we needed help or had questions as well. Lots of stairs here so be prepared to get your steps in. Location is fantastic… just moments away from Downtown Blue Ridge, Fall Creek Falls, and Ellijay. Also, who needs Napa when you have so many vineyards in driving distance as well!

Beautiful location needs update
The idea of the sauna was great, the overlook with lake and Mountain View’s were spectacular …. The sad thing is the cabin is dated and in desperate need of repairs

Christmas vacation
Plenty of room for everyone to sleep! Love the location not too far from store! The view beautiful. The only thing is the stove top cooks to fast and the oven not hot enough! I would say maybe a double oven stove ! A few up grades on some things but otherwise my family and I had a amazing time ! We will be coming back.

Lots of room for sleeping and playing!
Our Family Christmas with 19 people was a fun experience at this this lodge. Plenty of room to play games, run around and sleep. The kids had a ball! The kitchen was small for a big group.

Inconvenience at every turn
This property was great in the face that it is well represented in the photos. Where it misses the mark is in the execution of your stay. During our stay we had the following problems occur: the furnace was broken leaving the bottom two floors of the house at 54 degrees and unusable (including amenities on those floors) for half of our stay, the TV in the main living room would not work - this would have been less of an issue if we could use the tvs on other floors -, and the oven put out thick smoke when it was turned on leaving it unusable. The property manager was helpful but it is inexcusable to have the furnace not working when we spent over $1,500.

Plenty of room great views. Only a couple issues. #! The stove cooks to fast even on low its like it's on high. Outdoor fire pit still had a little bit of trash from last guest. Both grills worked but the parts on the inside are rusted out.
Side note you should shut the cabin down for a full week and do a deep clean. But over all awesome place to stay.

Great place. Helpful team.
The house was great, bigger than we needed. If you have multiple families with kids it's a no-brainer. The people managing it are very helpful and responsive.

Awesome cabin!
This was perfect for our small wedding weekend! There is a huge back deck that wasn’t even in the listing that we used for ceremony, it was beautiful and magical. The cabin is spacious and everyone had a blast. The only thing I would say negative is that the outside of cabin and decks could be taken care of better, and there are 2 outside doors that are broken and need replaced and a few other odds and ends, but definitely didn’t take away the amazing weekend we had with our family. Thank you!

Beautiful Cabin
What we loved most about the cabin was the amount of space we had. The Hot Tub, Sauna, and was at Awe when we saw the outdoor bedroom with a additional bedroom up top after climbing the later. The game room and overall Cabin was absolutely amazing. We loved it! We will definitely come back in the near future.

So
We used this cabin for our family reunion. Overall we were very happy with our stay. There is a few things we noticed: no pool table or air hockey table as mentioned, some of the bottom of doors leading to outside had holes or openings in them, cabin stayed hot or warm never completely cooled down, A LOT of remotes scattered so finding correct remote took time (living room TV has a line going down one side), check out was at 10 AM never received a text and it is currently 10:11 AM but at 9:40 AM 3 cars arrived and waited for us to leave which made us feel rushed. Again overall we had a great weekend but these were things I would want future guests to be aware of as it is a lot of money.

Awesome place for a group
We loved this spot! The house is super unique and was perfect for our large group weekend in the mountains! We loved how close it was to everything in Blue Ridge and all the fun amenities at the house. The massive living room/kitchen/dining area was the best. Special shout-out to the property manager who was so helpful to us after we thought we forgot something. Turns out we didn't... but he went the extra mile to search the house for us and keep us posted. We will return in the future!

Great Family House!
We vacationed with another family and some grandparents. This house was so spacious. It was so much fun, from the hot tub, sauna, games, pac man, ping pong, and so much more. The pathway in the backyard was fun to hike without driving anywhere. We were busy playing so I am glad the kitchen had a crockpot for easy meals. We will definitely rent again!

Wolfpack Lodge
Our stay at the Wolfpack Lodge was a great weekend getaway. The cabin itself was in a wonderful location just miles away from Downtown Blue Ridge, the Bigfoot Expedition, biking and hiking trails which was extremely convenient. The house itself is very spacious there was PLENTY of room for us, our children and friends. They have a fantastic game room that the kids can entertain themselves with and a large hot tub which was great for the adults. I loved the backyard which has a dock that you can fish on. The multiple fireplaces also gave the cabin a cozy feeling which I was looking for in a rental in Blue Ridge. There is a fire pit that we roasted marshmallows on and made s’mores, this was the total mountain experience. The cabin management team truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend this cabin to family and friends.
